Primary education is the foundation of national education and the starting point for children to receive systematic knowledge education.If students can adapt to primary school life,they will gradually get a sense of success in learning.If they can not adapt to the change of thelearning environment,they may have a sense of frustration on the current learning,and even appear weariness,abandonment and other phenomena,which will affect their future learning attitude.In my work,the author also found that some freshmen have various learning adaptation problems at the beginning of the semester,which not only affects the accumulatio n of basic knowledge of students,but also affects the normal teaching of teachers.Therefore,the learning adaptation of freshmen is worth our focus and research.The author were identified from XX primary school freshman five learning to adapt to the problems of students as the research object,through the case analysis,classroom observation,interviews and other ways to analyze their learning is not adapt to the specific form of expression,and according to the characteristics of the five cases respectively,it is divided into random slack before class,distracted in class and after class passive lazy type,Furthermore,it further analyzes the influencing factors of the three types of learning maladjustment,which are mainly students’ poor self-control,poor basic knowledge,parents’ laissez-faze education mode,teachers’ teaching level,etc.,all of which will exert certain influence on freshmen’s learning adaptation.In order to help them young transition smoothly,get rid of the interruptions of learning is not adapt to the problems,the author of the three types of students repeated intervention and counseling,eventually they can gradually adapt to study life in grade one,class at lax type students become focus on preparation before class,after intervention can independently complete the pre-course reading;After the intervention,the distracted students could focus on the class,actively interact with the teacher,and gradually improve their confidence in learning.Passive and lazy students after class will take the initiative to learn after intervention,learning active initiative greatly enhanced.The elementary school freshman learning adjustment problem is more common phenomenon,the author in this paper the study and analysis on the basis of the five cases,combining previous research results,puts forward some universal promotion strategy,respectively to improve teachers’ teaching level,cultivate students’ autonomous learning habit,guide parents to change educational deviation,To provide reference for students with learning adjustment problems.
