Morality and rule of law in junior middle school is a comprehensive course for the development of junior middle school students ’ physical and mental health,the cultivation of moral quality and the cultivation of rule of law consciousness.Guided by the socialist core values,based on the life education of junior high school students,respect students ’learning and development,pay attention to the combination of knowledge and social practice,realize the guidance and promotion of junior high school students to grow into a socialist qualified citizen.However,in practice,there are some dislocation problems between traditional teaching and the background of wisdom in the new era,such as deviation,narrowness and indoctrination,which lead to the marginalization of subjects,the tendency of form,the phenomenon of " only score " and " only entrance " violate the concept of moral education,restrict the development of physical and mental health of adolescents,and block the close relationship between students and their families and countries.Therefore,teaching should strengthen students ’ subjectivity,realize the new leap of students ’ all-round development,and conform to the demands of the times with the advantages of intelligent teaching.Under the background of intelligent education in the new era,this paper discusses the intelligent teaching of ’ morality and rule of law ’ in junior middle school.Literature research,comparative research and case study are mainly adopted.Based on Marxist education theory,constructivism theory and Connectivism theory,this paper compares teaching cases and combs literature research,and finds out the fault phenomenon between traditional teaching and new era.Mainly displays in: the impact of new media;teaching thinking formula;the development of consistency in teaching evaluation is insufficient.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,smart teaching has strong advantages in terms of the concept of intelligence,classroom effectiveness,and the expansion of teaching resources.It is conducive to solving the traditional teaching problems of “morality and rule of law “in junior high school,cultivating teachers ’ and students ’ information literacy,grasping the core of the subject of Taoism and Law,and realizing effective teaching.The key to intelligent teaching is to innovate and change the teaching and learning environment and traditional teaching mode.It is a modern educational thought and concept,to implement the education concept of learning as the center and literacy and ability priority,and to provide guidance for changing the traditional education and teaching mode.The wisdom teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school breaks the shackles of time and space inside and outside the traditional teaching classroom.This study analyzes the advantages of traditional teaching challenges and intelligent teaching,and summarizes the practical path of intelligent teaching of ’ morality and rule of law ’ in junior middle school.First of all,in the teaching concept,the wisdom teaching takes the junior middle school students ’ learning as the center and ability as the first priority.Teaching and learning adhere to the transformation of knowledge into wisdom,teaching innovation and teacher-student dual subject status.Secondly,the teaching content,strengthen students ’thinking ability,emphasize the emotional symbiosis between teachers and students,pay attention to life,morality,rule of law education.Transfer the preview stage,teaching resources development and part of the evaluation feedback to online.Then,innovate personalized,situational and blended teaching methods.Classroom decision-making power is transferred from single teacher control to students themselves,optimizing teaching content,cultivating students ’ interest in learning and autonomous learning ability.Finally,combined with a variety of evaluation methods,multiple evaluation methods,innovative evaluation system,to achieve the deep integration of education and information technology.At the same time,it is inseparable from the state,society,schools and other aspects to provide the guarantee of intelligent teaching conditions and maximize the role of intelligent science and technology.
