Objective: Through the implementation of staged sensitivity training,comparing the effectiveness of juvenile tennis players 'sensitivity,physical fitness test,and forehand movement of the tennis bottom line to score,to provide a theoretical basis for juvenile tennis players' sensitivity training.Research methods: using literature data method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method;taking the tennis team teenagers of Shanghai Foreign Language Primary School as the experimental object,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group has 10 tennis teenagers.The experimental group received 8 weeks of sensitivity training and the control group received traditional training.The Smartspeed timing system,stopwatch,skipping rope and other test tools were used to measure three items of general sensitivity of young tennis players before and after the experiment: T-shaped sensitivity test,double-legged cross jump,and hexagonal jump.5 special sensitive indicators: left and right sprint reversal,left and right slide sprint sharp sprint and bottom line forward and back retreat and run.1 item of reaction mobility test index: Y-shaped reaction test.4 physical fitness test indicators: 1 minute sit-ups,1 minute skipping rope,50 m running,forward bending.Tennis baseline mobile batting index 1 item: forehand mobile batting.Research results: 1)Compared with the control group,the T-shaped sensitivity test and hexagonal jump time of the experimental group and the control group were significantly shortened after the experiment(P <0.05),and the cross-jump scores of the two feet were significantly improved(P <0.05));2)In the special sensitivity test after the experiment,the experimental group compared with the control group left sprint reversal,right sprint reentry,left slide sprint sprint,right slide sprint sprint and bottom line forward and back sprint time Both were significantly shortened(P <0.05);3)The time of Y-shaped reaction movement test in the experimental group compared with the control group was significantly shortened in the reaction movement ability test after the experiment(P <0.05);In the index,compared with the control group,except for the shortening of 50 m,the other indexes did not significantly increase the number of 1 minute sit-ups and 1 minute rope skipping(P> 0.05),and the score of flexion in the sitting position was not statistically significant.Significant improvement(P> 0.05);5)After the experiment,the average score of the experimental group and the control group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P <0.01).conclusion:1)After 8 weeks of sensitivity training,the general sensitivity,special sensitivity and reaction mobility of the young tennis players 'sensitivity qualities in the experimental group have been significantly improved,indicating that sensitivity training can improve the performance of young tennis players more than traditional training.Sports performance such as sensitivity and judgment of movement;2)After 8 weeks of sensitivity training,there is no significant improvement in the physical fitness test indicators of the young tennis players in the experimental group except 50 m,indicating that the sensitivity training can improve the endurance and flexibility of the young tennis players.no significant effect;3)After 8 weeks of sensitivity training,the score of the forehand mobile batting scoring of the young tennis players in the experimental group has improved to a certain extent,indicating that the sensitivity training has a positive effect and promotion of improving the tennis training of young tennis players.effect.
