Research On The Coordinated Development Of Sports Events In Suzhou Under The Background Of City Integration

In 2019,the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta rose to a national strategy.Currently,it has successfully deployed transportation,industry,science and technology,and other fields,with significant achievements in the development of regional sports integration.In order to actively integrate into the Yangtze River Delta integration,Suzhou has proposed a development strategy of "urban integration",aiming to create new geographical advantages and gather high-quality resource elements.The "14th Five-Year Plan" for Suzhou Sports Competition in 2022 clearly proposes to optimize the layout of sports events as the development focus,and each district and county will carry out sports events based on the actual development situation.However,the collaborative development of sports events in Suzhou is still at an early stage,with fewer cross regional events,and there are significant deficiencies in top-level design,organizational construction,and other aspects.Based on this,taking Synergetics and systematics as the theoretical basis,this paper studies the coordinated development of sports events in Suzhou by using the methods of literature review,field research,expert consultation and mathematical statistics.Analyze the feasibility of collaborative development of sports events from the perspectives of policy,location,event resources,and culture,sort out the overall situation of the city,various regions,and collaborative event hosting,identify and summarize the problems that exist in the collaborative development process of the sports event system in Suzhou,and propose a concept of collaborative development.The research results indicate that Suzhou sports events have good conditions for coordinated development in terms of policy,location,event resources,and culture.The overall development of the event is good,presenting characteristics such as large scale,high level,multiple projects,and a large number of participants.However,from a spatial perspective,the layout of the event is uneven,and the level of collaboration in organizing the event is not high.The main reason for this phenomenon is that Suzhou has not yet introduced a strategic plan for coordinated development in the field of sports events,as well as deficiencies in organizational construction,resource sharing,media promotion,personnel training,cultural construction,and collaborative evaluation.In response to the above issues,it is proposed to clarify the goal of collaborative development,build a multi in one collaborative development model,especially establish a collaborative management organization for events,build a platform for sharing event resources,and implement evaluation of event collaborative development.
