| Hosting major sports events can give the host city to bring social and economic benefits, can increase the visibility of the host city to promote the city tourism transportation industry, catering industry, meet the recreational and cultural activities .This article uses the literature and data, interviews, logic, analysis, research methods such as field research method. Analysis of major sports events held in Suzhou City, the status quo; hosting major sports events state of the environment; case the burden of proof in KunShan hosting major sports events environment; and to organize large-scale sporting events, Suzhou environment optimization measures put forward.Study concluded that: 1. Suzhou City, already have hosting major sports events environment. (1)Suzhou City in the ecology, geographic location, transportation, accommodation, social, economic, cultural and other external environment already has the conditions for hosting major sports events. (2)Suzhou City in the event management mechanism, financing, market development, venues and facilities, human resources, experience, service, security and other aspects of the internal environment ripe conditions for hosting major sports events. 2. Currently, Suzhou City, hosting major sports events there is environmental issues. The external environment: (1)Suzhou City is currently in a period of great development, urban construction, the original ecological environment caused by a certain extent. (2)are prefecture-level city of Suzhou city, city size, population is relatively small compared with Shanghai and other big cities, in the major sports events in the bidding process will meet city size, population, environment factors. (3)Currently, Suzhou City, not the enactment of organized sporting events, as well as market-oriented laws and regulations document, which for the orderly sports, health and development. (4)Currently, Suzhou has changed the concept of public sports, sports, consumer awareness has increased, but mostly kind of consumption, consumption is not high for the watch, sport consumption is not so good. Internal environment: (1)Suzhou sports market got a late start, sports market is not high, still in the exploratory stage operation of the market, sporting events immature market environment.(2)sports market-oriented environment, the lack of human resources operations, limiting the development of large-scale sporting events.( 3)Suzhou City in hosting major sports events have a certain experience, but mostly single type of event, the lack of comprehensive experience in large-scale sporting events environment.3.according to Suzhou City in hosting major sports events of the realities of suggestions: First, to achieve optimization of the external environment:(1)in the city's ecological environment construction, so that adhering to, absorption and innovation(.2)Suzhou in the bid to host the big sporting events, we can jointly co-host city of Jiangsu Province, the other (such as Nanjing, Wuxi, Changzhou and other economic and urban large-scale high water level of the city), to avoid a small population, city size small disadvantage.(3)in the light of advanced learning system, the development of appropriate laws and regulations in Suzhou characteristics, in order to escort the large-scale sporting events.(4)great efforts to promote mass sports at the same time, vigorously promote sports competition show business, so that more people viewing major sports events. Second, to achieve optimization of the internal environment: (1)government should strongly support the community to do sports, to encourage and care for sports management company's development, and vigorously promote the sport event market-oriented operation, and working out a consistent pattern of Suzhou operation mechanism.(2)talent resources, SuZhou, introduction of talents to do with their combination of the road train.(3)Suzhou sports delegation should be sent to Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other major sports events with the experience-good city to study.
