Measurement And Evaluation Of The Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Sports Events

With the development of the Jing-Jin-Ji and the national health and national development strategy and the great development strategy of the national fitness center and the 19 th major in the spirit of sports is a guiding ideology.To more deeply understand the regional coordinated development,the research status of the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji,master the evaluation of the coordinated development of sports events related theory tools,establish the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events level of the evaluation index system and quantitative analysis of the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events situation,on the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events strong operational and practical countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Based on the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sporting events as a starting point,according to the situation of the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji,consulting coordination opinions of relevant experts,and horizontal reference index selection should be based on the predecessors research experience;In a systematic,scientific,practical for the principle of index selection,constructed the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events level of the evaluation index system,and standardizing the evaluation index data,using expert scoring and empowerment related matrix method of index weight assignment;Supported by synergy theory,draw lessons from order parameter to measure efficacy function coordination model,using the method of literature review,field investigation,expert consultation method,empirical research methods for the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events were studied.It is concluded that the order degree of the subsystem of sports events in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is unbalanced and weak,and the order degree of the subsystem of sports events in Hebei is slightly higher than that in Beijing and Tianjin.At present,the overall development of sports events in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is in a weak state of coordinated development.The level of coordinated development of sports events is relatively low,and the level of coordinated development needs to be further improved.The cause of the coordinated development of the current weak results mainly includes not issued the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports strategic planning,the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events has not been established management platform,Jing-Jin-Ji regional administrative barriers block,the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events resources sharing and coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events brand construction and not form the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events culture atmosphere,etc.Therefore,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the orderly development of the subsystems of sports events in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It mainly includes: strengthening government and market diversified capital investment,improving the quantity and quality of coordinated sports events;We will foster a sound environment for development and focus on raising its potential.Puts forward Suggestions on the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sporting events.It mainly includes:the top-level design of coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events;To establish a management platform for coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events;Optimize the resource pooling and sharing platform for coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events;To explore a new mode of joint training of talents for sports events in Jing-Jin-Ji;Broaden the coordinated development of Jing-Jin-Ji sports events financing channels,etc.
