Research objective:To explore the application effect of core combined lower extremity strength training in high school football option class teaching,demonstrate the feasibility and benefit of core combined lower extremity strength training in high school football option teaching,and provide an experimental basis for promoting the application of core combined lower extremity strength training in high school football teaching and training.Research methods:This paper uses the teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method to study the effect of stratified teaching methods in the teaching of high school football elective courses.A total of 68 students from four classes of two grades in XX Middle School was randomly divided into regular teaching class,core strength training class,lower extremity strength training class and core combined lower extremity strength,training class.The teaching and training were carried out by different training methods for 8 weeks.SPSS23.0 was used to conduct repeated measurement tests of variance and one-way analysis of variance on the data of students’ muscle strength,dynamic balance ability,and directional changeability before and after the experiment,and to compare the application effects of different methods.Results:(1)The dynamic balance ability of the core combination lower limb strength training group,core strength training group,lower limb strength training group,and conventional teaching group was improved before and after the experiment,and the improvement amplitude of the core combination lower limb strength training group was significantly greater than that of the conventional teaching class,core strength training group and lower limb strength training group(P<0.05).(2)The relevant measurement indexes of the direction-changing ability of the core combination lower limb strength training group and the core strength training group,lower limb strength training group,and conventional teaching group were all improved before and after the experiment,and the improvement amplitude of the core combination lower limb strength training group was significantly greater than that of the conventional teaching class,core strength training group and lower limb strength training group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of muscle strength,the core combination lower limb strength training group and core strength training group,lower limb strength training group,conventional teaching group before and after the experiment,the relevant measurement indexes of core strength and lower limb strength improved.The improvement of five dimensions of sit-up,prone back extension,standing long jump,50-meter run and 30-meter dash in the core combination lower limb strength group was significantly better than that in the core strength training group,lower limb strength training group and conventional teaching class(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the improvement of 50-meter run before and after the experiment(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Conventional teaching training,core strength training,lower extremity strength training and core combination lower extremity strength training can all improve the balance ability of football option students,and the effect of core combination lower extremity strength training is more significant.(2)Conventional teaching training,core strength training,lower extremity strength training and core combination lower extremity strength training can all improve students’football movement ability,and core combination lower extremity strength training has more significant advantages than core strength training and lower extremity strength training. |
