With the development of the theory of sports training,the sports experts and scholars pay more attention to the core strength training as a new training concept,and the training concept is widely applied to the various sports sports projects by reference and processing.The main part of the core strength training is a core body of deep muscle groups and small muscles groups,which has a promoting effect to the movement of body posture,link power and coordinated control ability.Badminton has the characteristic of fast attack and defense as a netting against class project,which need players take variable speed and direction to exercise continuously,and players also need to change the movement to stop constantly in the process.On the basis of the running,pedal,cross,jumping,players should be with the continuity of strength to hit the ball.Therefore,badminton has exercise to the body in stable to unstable state transition in the processing of variable speed and direction,which need athletes have higher physical ability and related quality control.By means of the method of experimental,documentation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the study of related scholars of literature and works,and consulting relevant experts,the research direction,experiment design and core strength training methods and means of this paper are established.In 2013 level badminton special class of the sports institute of Yangzhou University,a total of 20 students are carried on core strength training.And according to the quality test result,the students with no difference can be divided into two groups to training,after 12 weeks of training,the students quality of the experimental group and the control group will be analyzed statistically,the conclusions are as follows:After the experiment,the specific strength of the quality and technical indicators of the test results have improved,including 30 seconds duplex rope skipping,about 5 times touching the edge,and half of singles line character "meter" the change of pace,the ball speed have significant differences.Core strength training method and general waist abdomen strength training can improve the trunk muscle strength effectively,but core strength training has more significant effect on promoting athletes' body balance.After 12 weeks training,experiment indicators of badminton special qualities have been improved.The half steps of "meter" pace,touching the edge of the rise of experimental group is higher than the control group.The change of the two indicators have significant differences,which explain that the core strength training can strengthen the stability,mobile ability and speed of the players' bodies.There are also significant differences in the changes of killing the ball speed index.Because the core strength training can produce positive effects on the trunk stability of strengthening core region muscle,promote coordinated control ability and the coordinated ability of the athletes' bodies effectively,and improve the bodies'power transmission efficiency maximizing the power transmission.
