Research Objective: Negative emotions refer to the synthesis of depression,anxiety,stress and other bad emotions reflected by college students in the face of low psychological tolerance of emergencies and in their study life.In recent years,studies have found that psychological intervention and exercise intervention can improve the negative emotional level of college students,but there are few studies comparing the effects between different intervention programs.This study takes mindfulness intervention,exercise intervention,and mindfulness + exercise comprehensive intervention as intervention methods,explores the effects and differences of three different intervention methods on the negative emotions of students majoring in physical education,provides theoretical support for alleviating the development of college students’ negative emotions,and provides reasonable intervention programs to help students choose scientific and reasonable intervention methods to alleviate their negative emotions and promote their mental health.Research Methods: Through literature method,psychometric method,experimental method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,32 students majoring in physical education of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education were randomly divided into control group,psychological group,sports group and comprehensive group,and underwent intervention training for 8 weeks.In this study,the negative emotion scale,the selection response and the accuracy rate were measured,and the experimental data were collected and processed by E-merge and Excel2016,and analyzed by SPSS22.0.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of psychological intervention,exercise intervention and comprehensive intervention,the total negative emotional score of students majoring in physical education was significantly reduced,and the three dimensions of depression,anxiety and stress were all at a low level.(2)There was a significant effect of different intervention methods on the negative emotional level of students majoring in physical education(F(2,21)=6.146,p=0.008<0.01),and exercise intervention> comprehensive intervention > psychological intervention.(3)There were significant differences in the effects of different intervention methods on the choice response of college students majoring in physical education(F(2,21)=8.439,p=0.002<0.01).(4)There was a significant difference in the effect of different intervention methods on the accuracy rate of college students majoring in physical education(F(2,21)=8.480,p=0.002<0.01).Conclusions:(1)Mindfulness intervention,exercise intervention and comprehensive intervention have obvious alleviating effects on the negative emotions of college students majoring in physical education.(2)Different intervention methods can significantly improve the ability of physical education majors to suppress negative emotions,and all three intervention methods can reduce the interference of negative emotions on cognitive function.(3)The effects of different intervention methods on the negative emotions of students majoring in physical education were different,and the effect of exercise intervention was the best,followed by comprehensive intervention and psychological intervention.
