| Since the outbreak of the new crown virus pneumonia, the complex and changeable situation has gradually increased the mental and psychological pressure of the student group, and the negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, fear, and tension have increased significantly, and mental health problems have become increasingly prominent. With the continuation of the epidemic, the country and all sectors of society have paid more and more attention to the mental health of student groups, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for the mental health of primary and secondary schools in the later period of the epidemic. The third-year group is the most representative group of middle school students. In this period, young people are in an important period for the formation and development of outlook on life, values, and self-awareness.Especially in the post-epidemic era,and affected by the ripple effect of the disaster, junior high school students are more likely to be disturbed by negative information from the outside world.Especially when faced with intense academic pressure and high external expectations,it is difficult for junior high school students to do better.Regulate your emotions. Therefore, this research is based on the current status quo, trying to find a more effective psychological intervention method by studying the effect of different frequency of short-term group mindfulness cognitive training on the negative emotions of junior students in the post-epidemic era.Promote the development of the positive psychological quality of the third grade students, help the third grade students maintain their own mental health, and enhance their emotional regulation ability. This study used a questionnaire survey to survey 600 students in the third grade of Nanchong High School to fully understand the current situation of negative emotions in the third grade of junior high school. On this basis,it combines negative emotion related research, adolescent psychological development related theories and group mindfulness cognitive training to formulate specific, scientific, and feasible intervention programs. Finally, evaluate the effectiveness of group mindfulness cognitive training, and explore the effectiveness and feasibility of using group mindfulness cognitive training to improve the negative emotion level of junior three students.Using the Anxiety-Depression-Stress Scale(DASS-42)as an evaluation, measurement, and screening tool,90 students were selected as subjects based on the results of investigations and studies through the recruitment of volunteers. Before the start of group mindfulness cognitive training,a pre-test was conducted to examine the baseline level of the negative emotions of 90 subjects before the training, and then the90 subjects were randomly divided into high-frequency sub-groups,low-frequency subgroups and control groups. There were 30 subjects in each group, and specific psychological intervention experiments were carried out.And one month after the end of the event,a follow-up measurement was carried out,and finally the data and materials of each stage were collected for statistical analysis, and the conclusions were as follows:(1)In the late stage of the epidemic, after 8 weeks of standard short-term group mindfulness training, the overall level of negative emotions of junior three students has been improved, and the improvement of negative emotions has continued. It is effective to intervene the negative emotions of junior three students by means of group mindfulness training.(2)In the post-epidemic era,the scores of the negative emotions of the third grade students are more prominent, and the scores are above the theoretical median, indicating that the negative emotions of the third grade students are at a higher level.(3)In the later stage of the epidemic, the use of high-frequency short-range group mindfulness cognitive training has a very significant effect on the negative emotions of junior three students;the use of low-frequency short-range group mindfulness cognitive training has a certain effect on the negative emotions of junior three students Although the improvement effect is not statistically significant, the total score and the trend of scores in each dimension can still indicate that short-term group mindfulness cognitive training can improve negative emotions. Finally,in order to effectively respond to national policies and guidelines and maintain students’ mental health, this article puts forward the following suggestions:(1)The government and education authorities should pay attention to the mental health education of middle school students and continue to increase the investment of special funds.(2)Schools should be equipped with perfect mental health education teachers, pay attention to the supervision and training of teachers’ professional ability, and include students’ mental health in the assessment standards. At the same time, campus management should be strengthened and a good campus environment should be created.(3)Parents should change their roles, get along with their children in an accepting attitude, and create an inclusive and supportive family atmosphere;students themselves should also attach importance to self-education and self-growth,actively construct psychological reality, and achieve knowledge, affection, intention, and behavior Unite. |
