《The curriculum standards for Physical Education and health at the compulsory education stage(2022 edition)》require that students’ core competencies in physical education should be developed in physical education teaching.Physical education classroom is an important platform to cultivate students’ core quality of physical education,and the teaching quality of physical education classroom is an important factor affecting the effect of students’ core quality of physical education.Therefore,the in-depth study of physical education classroom teaching,has important practical significance.In response to the request,Huai’an Experimental Primary School carried out classroom teaching reform of Happy Physical Education,reshaped the new teaching concept,and practiced the new teaching model of “Entry,exploration,construction and creation”.Taking the happy physical education classroom of Huai’an Experimental Primary School as the research object,through the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,etc.,from the perspective of modern learning theory,this paper analyzes the influence of happy physical education class on students’ core quality of physical education.The basic content of Happy Physical Education class is expounded with cases,which enriches the theoretical significance of physical education teaching and provides teaching reference for front-line physical education teachers.The main findings are as follows:(1)The teaching model of Happy Physical Education Class has a positive effect on the improvement of students’ sports ability.The students’ scores in the 50 m run,1-minute rope skipping and 1-minute Sit-up were significantly improved Questionnaire survey shows that students can meet the requirements of combining theory with practice in different sports events,and sports show or competition provides a broad platform for students.(2)Through field investigation and questionnaires,this study concluded that the classroom teaching model of Happy Physical Education in Huai’an Experimental Primary School developed students’ sports ability,broadened their thinking scope and improved their practical ability,let the students feel the fun of sports in cultivating their consciousness and habit of physical exercise.However,there are still some students in the healthy lifestyle of some basic sports and health knowledge,such as ankle sprain treatment methods,do not understand or cognitive errors.(3)The happy physical education classroom teaching pattern pays attention to the student comprehensive ability enhancement.Through the challenging sports activities and games,the teachers make the students build up the spirit of courage,self-confidence and hard work.The teacher guides the student to adjust the emotion promptly,raises the good sports moral quality.Happy Physical Education classroom teaching model to the student-centered,adhering to the“33Happy person” concept,so that sports become an important part of a better life for students.
