Happy physical education is developed in accordance with the development of The Times and the needs of the development of physical education itself.Its development reflects the people-oriented educational concept,opens up new view for the reform of physical education,brings new methods and ways,and overcomes the disadvantages of traditional physical education to a certain extent.Therefore,it can improve students’ interest in learning and their learning initiative.It provides a practical basis for promoting the development of college aerobics and further cultivating students’ awareness of lifelong sports.By means of literature,questionnaires,experimental research and mathematical statistics,this paper has analyzed the problems in college calisthenics course,and probed into the causes of these problems.It found that the traditional teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and other aspects of the aerobics curriculum are not adapted to the needs of students,which is the main reason for the passive learning of students in class and the lack of happy experience.This research takes happy physical education as the guiding ideology and constructs a happy aerobics-teaching mode in colleges and universities.The author mainly constructs the happy physical education teaching mode from the construction principle,characteristics,design of teaching process structure,design of teaching methods and design of teaching evaluation and using the traditional teaching mode and happy physical education teaching mode to carry on the teaching experiment.Experimental results are as follows: 1.There was no significant difference in students’ physical quality between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.After the experiment,students’ Physical quality indicators were slightly improved.The experiment shows that although there is no specific physical quality exercise in the happy physical education teaching model,the physical quality of students has also get well developed in the experience of fun due to the links such as games,competitions and exploration cooperation.2.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the special skills scores before and after the experiment,but there was a small increase in the special skills scores of the students after the experiment.It shows that both the old and new teaching modes have good teaching effects on the improvement of students’ special skills.3.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in students’ exercise practice ability,and after the experiment,the students in the experimental group achieved a much higher score than those in the control group of Choreographing capability.The experiment shows that happy physical education model is better than that of traditional aerobics teaching in the ways of teaching effect of Choreographing capability from students.4.There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the aspects of learning pleasure,learning interest and learning initiative.The experiment shows that the model of happy physical education is beneficial to enhance the students’ recognition of aerobics and is obviously better than the traditional aerobics teaching in stimulating and cultivating students’ interest in aerobics learning.
