In the modern society with increasingly serious electronic and fewer children,the physical fitness of primary school students has declined significantly,and the physical fitness of primary school students has become the focus of attention.In addition,China’s lack of competitive gymnastics talent reserves,primary school gymnastics has not been given full attention,making the development of happy gymnastics an inevitable trend.Happy gymnastics is committed to exploring the origin of sports.In2014,the Gymnastics Center of the General Administration of Sport of China put forward happy gymnastics for the first time.It is clear that the purpose of happy gymnastics is to integrate new vitality into school education,improve students’ comprehensive physical quality,and realize the continuous expansion of gymnastics reserve.After years of effective promotion,happy gymnastics has more and more influence in the field of education and sports in China,and has certain research value.Based on this,the paper uses literature,questionnaire,expert interview and other methods to carry out a detailed investigation and analysis of the specific situation of happy gymnastics in primary schools in Nanchang capital city of Jiangxi Province,and makes statistical analysis of the research results,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)At present,the current situation of the development of happy gymnastics in physical education in primary schools in Nanchang capital city of Jiangxi Province is not optimistic,and the main problems in the development are as follows: school sports facilities cannot meet the needs of students to carry out happy gymnastics teaching;Physical education teachers have a low level of mastery of the overall knowledge structure of happy gymnastics and do not have special teaching ability;The students’ understanding of happy gymnastics is not high,and they can not achieve efficient learning of happy gymnastics.(2)Through the investigation,it is found that the main restricting factors in the development of happy gymnastics in Nanchang capital city of Jiangxi Province at present come from four aspects: society,school,parents and students themselves,which are mainly reflected in the doubts of parents and society on happy gymnastics,and the limitations of teachers’ professional abilities,which to some extent restrict the healthy development of happy gymnastics teaching.(3)Based on the previous research results,this paper tries to put forward an effective path for the innovative development of primary school happy gymnastics in primary school physical education teaching: innovate diversified publicity methods,and jump out of the shackles of traditional ideas;Keep up with the pace of development of the times in ideology and explore the school-based curriculum of happy gymnastics;Pay attention to the special training of physical education teachers to improve their professional level and quality;Expand the channels of sports funds and diversify the teaching and promotion mode of happy gymnastics,which will provide useful reference for the development of happy gymnastics in primary schools in China,including Nanchang capital city of Jiangxi Province.
