Research On Resource Allocation Optimization Path Of National Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Huangpi District,wuhan City

As an important cultivation position of football reserve talents in Huangpi District,Wuhan National campus Football characteristic School has not only continued to cultivate and send a large number of football reserve talents for Hubei Province and the country since it took part in the selection of national campus football characteristic schools in 2015,but also increased the football population base and expanded the scale of campus football.Campus football The distribution ratio between high school,middle school and elementary school is1:5:8,meeting the national layout requirement of 1:3:6.At present,national campus football in Huangpi District is guided by many policies,such as the Overall Plan of Chinese Football Reform and Development,the Implementation Opinions on speeding up the Development of Youth Campus Football,the Action Plan for the Construction of eight major Systems of National Youth Campus Football,the Opinions on Further reducing the homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in compulsory education,etc.Ushered in a good opportunity for high-quality development.Based on this,the resources allocation of state-level campus football characteristic schools in Huangpi District was investigated and studied,so as to understand their development status,analyze the main problems in the development,and explore the high-quality development path,which provided theoretical basis for the reform and development of campus football characteristic schools in Huangpi District,and contributed campus football wisdom for the construction of a strong sports area in Huangpi District.It also has far-reaching significance to the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports in Huangpi District.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper investigates the human resources,material resources,financial resources,information resources,competition resources and time resources of 12 national campus football characteristic schools in Huangpi District,Wuhan City,and makes a comparative analysis with the national standards.The results showed that the distribution of national-level campus football resources in Huangpi District was basically consistent with the economic and social development of Huangpi District,which could basically meet the development needs of campus football,which was as follows:(1)Sports teachers and football players in some schools have begun to take shape,and the students involved in football activities involve all grades of primary and secondary schools;The class-teacher ratio and teacher-student ratio basically meet the national standards and requirements.The age,educational background and professional title structure of PE teachers are reasonable.However,the number of football teachers in some schools is insufficient,and the number of students(especially girls)participating in football is limited.(2)Each school has a football field that meets the requirements of national standards,and the football equipment can be updated in time.However,the number of football fields is limited and the area is small,which is difficult to meet the development needs of students.Teachers and students have low satisfaction on the fields,which cannot meet the development needs of campus football.(3)In accordance with the requirements of the state,each school has set up special funds for football and purchased student insurance to provide certain security.But the funding source is single,the school’s own hematopoietic function is insufficient,the use and distribution of funds is not balanced,the shortage of teacher training funds,did not achieve special funds.(4)Physical education teachers and students of each school have a variety of football information sources,and have made some achievements in the propaganda of campus football,and the publicity methods are diversified.However,there is a lack of communication and cooperation platform between campus football brother schools,and PE teachers have weak awareness of independent learning,outdated propaganda methods and lack of innovation.(5)Each school has set up the class football team,grade football team and school football team,built the class competition,grade competition and school competition platform,and participate in the district league every year.However,the establishment of women’s soccer team is not optimistic,the number of intramural competitions is less,there is an elite trend.(6)Less than 100% of all schools meet the standard of one football lesson per week,and only a small number of schools carry out football recess activities.However,there is not enough time for students to participate in football activities during recess and extracurricular activities,and students have less time for extracurricular sports,and students have low satisfaction with their football skills.
