In recent years,social networks have become the main way for people to receive and disseminate information.While the generation and dissemination of information is more convenient and rapid,it also provides convenience for false information.Social network public opinion is not limited by time and space.If large-scale negative social network public opinion spreads and its development is not effectively controlled in a timely manner,it will become a social event with bad influence.As a result,research on social network public opinion control has received extensive attention in recent years.Therefore,by mining key opinion leaders and establishing a user influence model and establishing a social media information credibility evaluation system,the public opinion dissemination control of key opinion leaders and the effective evaluation of social media information credibility are realized,which is the basis for the availability and credibility of data.Controllability and controllability provide basic guarantees.At the same time,it helps people to correctly and efficiently extract useful information and use it for decision-making in daily life and work,and reduce the influence of emotional tendencies due to false news in negative public opinion.First,this study summarizes the related theories,defines the concepts of social media,key opinion leader,information credibility and HSM,expounds the characteristics of social media,characteristics of social media key opinion leaders,the relationship between information credibility and social media,and the operation mechanism of HSM.Mining key users of social media and assessing their user influence,combined with credibility theory and leads to the information perception process of social media with heuristic clues as incentives.Secondly,the establishment of social media information credibility evaluation system and empirical research.Based on the process of social media information perception,the concept of credibility factor,which is derived from heuristic and systematic clues,is proposed.Then,the credibility factor is used to build a statistical evaluation system of social media information credibility based on information source and information content.Taking microblog as an example,TOPSIS method and entropy weight method are used to get the information source and content reliability evaluation results of social media.Finally,Constructing an emotional communication network of key opinion leaders based on user influence model and message credibility.The hot public opinion event "Wu Moufan was sentenced to 13 years in the first trial" was used as a case study,and the key users with the highest number of likes in the hot search were taken as the central key nodes.The credibility rating system is used to assess the credibility of users’ messages.
