| In January 2018,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the Curriculum Standard,which condensed the core literacy of biology.As the symbol and key of the core literacy of biology,the concept of life is very important to its research.At present,the cultivation research of students’ life concept includes theoretical research and practical research.As one of the commonly used teaching methods,model teaching can effectively promote the improvement of students’ abilities in all aspects.Teaching according to the steps of model construction can guide students to construct models and knowledge independently,and gradually form biological concepts in the process of knowledge construction,so as to generate the concept of life.This study uses the literature research method to review the research status of biological model and life concept at home and abroad.The content analysis method is used to analyze the model teaching content and life concept materials in the compulsory biology textbook of high school(hereinafter referred to as the "compulsory textbook").Questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the current situation of cultivating students’ life concept based on model teaching in biology teaching in high school.Classroom observation method was used to carry out real classroom observation and observe the situation of teachers’ infiltration of life concept in the classroom.On the basis of the above research,the experimental research method is used to carry out teaching practice in the senior one grade,compile pre-and post-life concept test paper to test the four levels of students’ life concept before and after teaching practice,and design questionnaire and interview outline to test the authenticity of students’ teaching practice results.The research results are as follows: Through the investigation of the current situation,it is found that the teachers do not deeply understand the connotation and extension of the concept of life,the model teaching and the content of the concept of life involved in the required textbooks are not enough,the students have limitations in the way to acquire the knowledge of the concept of life,the use of model teaching to cultivate students’ concept of life there are various obstacles and other problems;Through experimental research,it is found that biology model teaching can improve students’ biological achievement to a certain extent.It can promote the improvement of students’ life concept level,and has different promoting effects on students of different levels.Among them,the promoting effect on students’ life concept level is the most significant,followed by Chinese and foreign classes,and finally the parallel class.In conclusion,biological model teaching can effectively promote the improvement of students’ life concept level.The conclusion of this study provides evidence for the application of model teaching in the cultivation of life concept,and can provide some references for front-line teachers. |
