In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people",which clearly pointed out that the cultivation of "core literacy" should be the key direction of the discipline curriculum reform.As the basis and core content of biological core literacy,"life concept" is also one of the accomplishments that can best reflect the uniqueness of biology itself.Biology takes life as the research object,which is closely related to students' life and development.It is urgent to cultivate students' life concept,make them understand life value,learn to respect life,treat life well,and form correct life value.On the basis of combing the concept and connotation of the concept of life with the method of literature,this paper makes clear the relationship between the cultivation goal of the concept of life and the teaching content of the course of biology;through the method of questionnaire survey,the author investigates the teachers and students in the practice school,and understands the current situation and main problems of the teachers in the process of the teaching of biology in the school.The results show that: 96% of the teachers Great importance is attached to the cultivation of students' concept of life in teaching,but at present,most teachers have not formed a complete and clear understanding and cognition of the concept and connotation of life,resulting in a low degree of agreement between the cultivation of concept of life and biological teaching.Based on the existing research results,this paper takes the students in the first year of the internship school as the experimental object,according to the content of "molecule and cell",which is a compulsory course for senior high school biology in human education edition,and under the guidance of "life concept" cultivation,carefully designs teaching cases such as "the main undertaker of life activities-egg white matter","cell aging and apoptosis",and after one semester of teaching Practice,questionnaire survey and interview,analysis of teaching practice results from four dimensions of learning attitude,learning ability,summing up ability and communication display,the results show that the effective implementation and implementation of the cultivation of life concept in teaching requires teachers to take appropriate teaching methods on the basis of accurately grasping and understanding the connotation of life concept,combined with the characteristics of disciplines and teaching content,It can help students gradually form the understanding and cognition of the essence of life in the process of learning biology,and promote the formation of students' life concept in a subtle way.
