The concept of life is one of the important contents of the core literacy of biology.The core literacy of biology is an indispensable part of the core literacy system.Its cultivation is beneficial to the accomplishment of the scientific spirit,the physical and mental health,the social responsibility and so on in the core literacy system.In response to the requirements of the new curriculum reform,in order to improve the core literacy of the students,based on the existing research results and the educational theory,based on the understanding of the meaning and process of the life concept and the analysis of the teaching materials and test questions,this paper puts forward the training strategy and applies it to the practice of teaching and feedback through teaching.The conclusion is to provide theoretical and practical reference for developing students' life concept in biology classroom teaching in senior high schools.This article includes 8 parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part clarifies the reason of choosing the topic,and points out that training students' life concept is the need to implement core literacy.The second part,combing the research of "concept based teaching" both at home and abroad,draw lessons from the essence,expand the research train of thought.The third part explains the purpose,method and significance of the research.The fourth part,briefly discusses the theoretical basis,including the STSE education theory,the constructivist teaching concept and the discipline structure theory,to provide theoretical support for the teaching of life concept.The fifth part,the main content is the meaning of life concept.The concept of life refers to the abstraction of the observed life phenomena,relations or characteristics.It is the sense,concept and thought method of understanding or explaining the related events and phenomena of biology.On the basis of better understanding of biological concepts,students should form a concept of life,such as the concept of structure and function,evolution and adaptation,steady state and balance,material and energy,etc.,and can use the concept of life to recognize the diversity,unity,uniqueness and complexity of biology,and form a scientific view of nature and a world view.Guided to explore the law of life activity and solve practical problems.The sixth part,the main content is the formation process of the concept of life,that is,from the specific knowledge to the core concept,from the core concept to the basic understanding,and then to the mastery and application of the biological thought and methods,and the students' cognitive level is reached in the process of deepening the thinking ability of the biology subject.The seventh part,by analyzing the questions based on life concept and the examination based on life concept,puts forward strategies to cultivate students' life concept.The eighth part,put the training strategy into practice,provide a reference for typical teaching cases,present teaching feedback and survey results,and draw the conclusion.There are three main points in the innovation of this study.First,it deeply analyzes the meaning of life concept,interprets the formation process of life concept,and provides a theoretical basis for training the concept of life.Secondly,combining the biology course content of high school,this paper analyzes the teaching materials based on the concept of life and the examination questions based on the life concept,which provides the practical basis for the teaching of life concept.Thirdly,from the perspective of combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward strategies to cultivate students' life concept,so that teaching of life concept is operable.
