| The course of Common Practical Writing of Secretaries is a core course for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools.The content of this course is theoretical and practical,including the commonly used applied languages in secretarial work,as well as their concepts,characteristics,classifications and writing methods.It plays an important role in cultivating students’ writing ability,communication ability and other comprehensive qualities.As a new teaching method with the main characteristics of guiding students to acquire knowledge through independent inquiry,task driven teaching method is highly consistent with the practical course of "Common Practical Writing of Secretaries".But at present,the application effect of task driven teaching method in the teaching of "common practical writing of secretaries" course in secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory.This thesis adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,classroom observation and action research.First of all,using the literature research method,we focus on sorting out the relevant domestic and foreign literature of the task driven teaching method,and extract the theoretical basis that has guiding significance for this paper;Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and other ways,we learned about the current situation of the application of the task driven teaching method in the teaching of the course "Common Practical Writing of Secretaries" in secondary vocational schools.Through statistical analysis,we found that the following problems existed in the implementation of the task driven teaching method in the course of teaching: the lack of authenticity and timeliness of situation creation,unreasonable task difficulty setting,insufficient play of teachers’ leading role,contempt for evaluation and lack of summary and reflection,The existence of these problems affects the effective application of teaching methods.In view of the above problems,the author respectively attributed them from three aspects: the lack of teachers’ professional practical experience,teachers’ neglect in preparing lessons,and teachers’ educational and teaching concepts to be updated,and proposed specific optimization strategies.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization strategy,the author also carried out two rounds of action research to correct and optimize the problems existing in each round of action research.According to the data of the effect analysis,the optimization strategy can solve the problems existing in the current task driven teaching method to a certain extent,help to improve students’ interest in learning and improve their writing ability.This research adheres to the problem orientation,strives to provide new solutions for the problem solving,and enriches the relevant research of task driven teaching method in the teaching field of secretarial specialty.At the same time,the research results also provide a reference for the effective application of the task driven teaching method in other courses,and provide targeted suggestions for secretarial teachers in secondary vocational schools to effectively use the task driven teaching method. |
