| In recent years,under the rapid development of Internet enterprises,e-commerce has brought great convenience to people’s food,clothing,housing and transportation,and the resulting e-commerce customer service has become an emerging post in shortage of talents,and this situation has brought opportunities and challenges to the e-commerce customer service courses in secondary vocational colleges.In the face of more flexible and changeable instant communication skills,the traditional teaching methods have been impacted.How to improve students ’ learning enthusiasm,correct their learning attitude and improve the classroom teaching effect is the problem that secondary vocational electronic commerce customer service curriculum teaching needs to think about.Focusing on the shortcomings of the teaching situation of customer service in secondary vocational schools:(1)The teaching is mainly carried out by the teaching method.(2)students are not highly motivated in class,with poor learning interest and learning attitude.(3)Students do not master their skilled professional skills and feel confused about their future work.In order to explore more suitable for students ’characteristics,in line with the nature of the teaching method,the author through many field after consulting a large number of related literature to the study,analyze the task-driven teaching method into secondary vocational "customer service" the necessity and feasibility of curriculum teaching,so as to build the task-driven "customer service" curriculum teaching mode.The study,to H secondary vocational school 18 e-commerce major as the experimental object,after many aspects of strict consideration respectively selected two classes identified as the research class and experimental class,experimental class teaching task driven teaching method,control class teaching still adopts traditional teaching method,after a semester of customer service course,through classroom observation,final test,questionnaire comparison of two classes in only different teaching methods of learning effect difference.The experiment shows that:(1)The classroom learning attitude of the experimental class is generally correct than the control class,and the enthusiasm of the class is high.(2)The achievement distribution of each stage in the final test of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.(3)After a semester of task-driven teaching method,the experimental class’ s feelings for learning interest,learning attitude and learning effect are better than the control class.Therefore,we conclude that the task-driven teaching method can achieve good results in the teaching of "customer service" in secondary vocational schools,which has a positive role in improving students ’interest in learning,stimulating students’ subjective initiative and improving the classroom teaching effect. |
