The report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress calls for ensuring that education is satisfactory to the people,implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and strengthening personnel support for modernization.We should give priority to education development and speed up efforts to build China into an educational powerhouse.Actively promoting the development of Chinese education is the most important task of Chinese education development in the new era.Part of promoting the development of Chinese education includes promoting the equitable and coordinated development of education between various regions,regions and urban and rural areas.At present,however,the uneven development of fair education between the urban and rural areas is better than the development of fair education between the southeast coastal area and the central area.Therefore,in the new era,in order to promote the equitable development of education between all regions,especially the equitable development of education in northwest areas,the party and the state have actively taken corresponding measures,such as increasing the investment of educational resources in northwest areas and sending a large number of excellent educational personnel for northwest areas.These measures play a positive role in promoting the equitable development of education in northwest areas.However,the fair development of education is a dynamic process,so in the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of education,there are still some problems in the fair development of education in Northwest China.In this regard,we should further accelerate the construction and development of the northwest area in education management system,teachers and educational resources,which can further promote the development of equitable education in the northwest area,so as to promote the cause of equitable education to move forward steadily in various regions of our country.Marxist educational equity thought is developed in the criticism of the unfair problem of the bourgeoisie education.Marxist educational equity thought emphasizes the basic requirements of realizing the equitable development of education,the restrictive conditions and the ultimate goal of the equitable development of education.The Communist Party of China,inherited and developed the Marxist thought on fair education,and put forward the thought of fair education with Chinese characteristics,such as education to serve the people,popularize compulsory education,and actively develop quality education,which conforms to China’s conditions.The first chapter explains the theory of educational equity,including Marx’s educational equity and the leadership collective of the Communist Party of China;The second chapter analyzes the present situation of the development of educational equity in Northwest China,and further expounds the achievements,existing problems and causes of these problems in promoting the development of educational equity in Northwest China.In chapter 3,some of the provinces with better fair development of education in southeast coastal area and central area are studied and analyzed,and the reasons and methods of their better development are explored to provide experience for the northwest area;The fourth chapter discusses the corresponding solutions to promote the fair development of education in northwest China,hoping that Northwest China can continuously promote the fair development of local education through these strategies,improve the comprehensive level of local education development,constantly narrowing the gap between it and the fair development of education in other regions of our country,promoting the coordinated development of education between regions.
