The curriculum is the most common problem in education,and it is also a big problem related to talent training.At present,the curriculum is still the shortcoming in China's higher education.Eliminating "water course" and creating "gold course" is an important measure to improve the quality of higher education and cultivate high-level talents.The online and offline blended course is one of five types of "golden courses".Learning support is an important part of blended teaching,teachers face differences in learning styles,initial abilities,learning initiatives,and other aspects of students.How to provide precise,and personalized learning support for different learners to ensure the quality of blended learning is the biggest puzzle for many teachers in the teaching of online and offline blended courses.This research focuses on how to support different learners in the teaching of online and offline blended courses and researches personalized learning support strategies.This study takes the course "Application of Informationized Teaching Environment" as an example to discuss the design and implementation effects of personalized learning support strategies for online and offline hybrid courses.Firstly,the definition of blended online and offline courses,learning support and personalized learning support,the research status of blended online and offline courses,the research content of learning support,and the research strategy of learning support are summarized.Based on literature research,combined with the characteristics of the curriculum,the design principles and design framework of the learning support strategy of this research are clarified.By tracking and observing the performance of students in two learning activities of group collaboration and skill training,combined with the collected data and communication with students,sort out the problems of different learning style groups in group collaborative learning activities and different initial abilities the problems of level students in skill training learning activities,combined with learners' personality characteristics,learning support content and learning support methods,form a personalized learning support strategy for group collaborative learning activities and skill training learning activities.Then,action research was carried out with English majors from a normal university as the research object.The strategy was revised through the feedback data of each round of teaching practice,and the report scores of different groups in the group collaborative activities were analyzed,and the different initial abilities in the skill training activities were analyzed.The work performance of level students,to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.In the end,a personalized learning support strategy of two learning activities of group collaboration and skill training has been formed.The results show that the personalized learning support strategy proposed in this research can help solve the problems existing in the learning process of different learners and improve the learning effect.Further analysis of the pre-and post-test data of learning ability,it is found that with the support of these strategies,the learning ability of students has been improved.Through this research,it is hoped that it can provide a certain reference and inspiration for the design and implementation of learning support strategies in online and offline blended courses of university teacher education.
