| In recent years, with the increase of the incidence rate of autism, various fields began to pay attention to the survival and development of children with autism and their families. The occurrence of the dangerous event that children suffer from autism aggravates the family’s economic burden, causes great psychological and mental pressure on family members, and leads to poor family interaction, resulting in the fragile family structure. At present,in the field of social work, most of the intervention work related to families of autistic children focuses on the correction and rehabilitation of symptoms in autistic children,as well as the construction of external social support networks in the family. There is little research on the important caregivers around autistic children and the attention and services within the family. The theory of family resilience has its unique advantages in analyzing and solving family problems. At present, research on the internal relations of families mostly adopts quantitative analysis to form research reports. Many studies stay at the level of proposing solutions and suggestions for the common pathological problems of families, lacking sufficient understanding of the pathological family structure and family relations that lead to the problems of autistic families. So this article is guided by the theory of family resilience, combined with intervention techniques such as structural family therapy, and selects a family of autistic children as the service object.Using professional case work methods,it aims to explore the underlying causes of family problems in autistic children and help them reshape a healthy living state and maintain a healthy and balanced interactive relationship. At the same time, through the evaluation and analysis of the intervention effect, the applicability and rationality of the family resilience theory in dealing with the crisis event of "autism" in families of children with autism were demonstrated, and the corresponding application logic and precautions were summarized, providing experience and reference for practitioners. The evaluation results show that the intervention has achieved a certain positive effect. The family relationship in this case has improved compared to the past, and the family’s belief in coping with adversity has strengthened.Family members gradually step out of the family, engage and integrate into the community, and break the closed state. The theory of family resilience, with its unique theoretical and technological advantages, not only adapts to the structural characteristics of families of children with autism, but also helps them reduce stress and shift the focus of family members’ attention. However, due to the unique characteristics of children with autism, social workers may not be able to communicate with them normally, and their perception of their needs and problems may be biased. |
