The case involved a total of six times, the theme and the goal of every intervention process is social worker and the client to discuss the decision. The main contents of the six times of intervention process were sign confidentiality agreement with client after the familiar, and to clarify the trouble that is appropriate; the use of structural family therapy techniques in the case, let the client has improved means of communication with family members; the use of social worker who has the community and government resources to help the client solving practical problems; to help clients contacting the autistic children family rehabilitation professionals, learning to training and education for autistic children in the daily life; Social workers use rational- emotive therapy make parents know the child’s recovery is a long process, not be too hasty; Social workers end professional relationship with the client, and the client to face her own life with the ability of herself.Finally, through the summary of the case, the social worker is obtained in the study of autistic children’s family should pay attention to three major areas. First is the economy, the constant training and the treatment can bring heavy economic burden to the family, social workers should help the family to know the latest state support policies and how to apply for. Second is rational treatment of autistic children, with a positive attitude to face, to help children to accept training and treatment. Don’t be impatient with slow recovery and become moody, irritable, or angry at others around you. The last is to integrate various resources, do the best preparation for children’s rehabilitation. According to the research conclusion, social workers should to enhance investment in government and draw the attention to the society, strengthen the self construction of these parents and improve the service system of social work with autism children three aspects to help on it.
