| Relying on their strong scientific and technological innovation capabilities,science and technology enterprises are pushing China’s high-quality economic development to a new level.However,affected by many factors such as enterprise operation,technological and management innovation,and social support,employees of start-up technology enterprises bear more pressure and have prominent demands for emotional management.The theory of emotional cognitive evaluation emphasizes that the development of emotion comes from environmental information and is the result of individual cognitive evaluation.Under this theory,social work intervention of employee emotion management has natural advantages,which can be started from improving the level of emotion regulation within the individual and improving the level of enterprise management.In this study,the intra-individual changes include emotional counseling,cognitive change,emotional control and interpersonal communication.Environmental change includes enterprise culture construction,labor-capital performance appraisal conflict,enterprise welfare management,enterprise scientific management.The author practiced in a start-up technology company C,conducted research with action research method,observed and interviewed employees’ emotional data,summarized the emotional types,characteristics and behavioral performance of employees in company C,and deeply analyzed the causes of employees’ bad emotions and emotional management needs from individual and environmental factors.Then,it proposes the necessity of social work intervention,selects group work method,designs practical program under the guidance of emotional cognitive evaluation theory,uses group therapy mode,organizes and executes six-stage group activities,carries out emotional therapy,improves employees’ emotional management ability,and evaluates service effect.Finally,the effectiveness of group work intervention in employee emotion management,the intervention mode and method of enterprise social work and research prospects are summarized.This study finds that social work can coordinate the relationship between egoism and altruism in enterprises.Social workers can properly carry out emotional management research and coordinate enterprise resources by choosing a reasonable intervention mode from a dual perspective.Social work plays a complementary role in the human resource system;Group work based on the theory of emotional cognitive evaluation can channel employees’ emotions,improve their cognition,enhance their emotional management ability,and finally effectively realize the harmony between employees and the environment. |
