Use the methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview to study the work pressure of the research and development staff in A enterprises in Wuhan. Detailed analysis the work pressure source, work pressure performance, work pressure influence, and the response to work pressure of research staff in A enterprise.Our country now vigorously promotes the development of social work, Social work involved in alleviating work pressure for research staff in science and technology enterprise will become a development trend. Then this paper discusses the methods of social work involved in science and technology enterprises and the expected results.Trying to combine the theory and practice of social work, sort out some experience that social work to ease the work pressure of research and development staff in science and technology enterprises.
