Emotion management training is conducive to improving teenagers’ self-control ability and communicative communication ability.In the long run,it is beneficial for teenagers to keep a good attitude in the fierce social competition in the future,and establish a correct outlook on life and values,which is of great help to the awareness promotion of teenagers.To S Z school social work intervention in the practice for the access point,looked at youth level of emotion understanding and the ability to control your emotions,the brief analysis of the factors that affect the emotional understanding of the internal and external,to the service object after intervention emotional problems,wants to help the service object to know their emotions and improve the ability to control their own emotions.The intervention mainly used group work method to intervene the students with low emotional management ability in Z Middle School,and finally reflected and sorted out the service process according to the group work plan and strategy.Intervention,according to the results of social work in the process of intervention guide team members with positive,a positive way,success to help team members clearly know their emotional problems and to effectively manage their own emotions and the understanding and management of the power by way of perspective with positive feedback to team members,the correct view of oneself and make the team members to grow up happily and healthy,through socialization,to better cope with the challenge of the future.Therefore,the intervention concluded that the involvement of group work in adolescents’ emotional management can significantly improve their emotional management ability.Through group social work,teenagers can be provided with a relatively safe environment,which can more effectively enable them to learn to control their emotions. |
