| The value orientation of youth determines the value orientation of the entire society.College students are in a critical period of shaping correct values,and their demands for discourse expression and emotional identification are becoming stronger.Therefore,more and more college students form and participate in informal groups of college students,and participate in the process of socialization through group strength.Inquiry into how educators conduct effective value guidance in the informal group of college students is not only a practical need to promote the growth of universities in the new era,but also the need to deepen the value education path and countermeasures.It is not only the need to achieve the goal of cultivating people by virtue in Colleges and universities,but also the need of the times to help realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The informal group of college students refers to the loose group of college students formed spontaneously without the establishment or approval of the school,follow the emotional logic,and gather together with common hobbies,tendencies,ideas,or interests.Undergraduate informal group value guidance refers to the influence of educators on clarifying value misunderstandings,clarifying value confusion,helping value judgment and cultivating ideology and morality,so as to enable the educated to form values and behavior patterns that can meet the expectations of educators and society,so as to promote the spread of mainstream social values.Theory is the cornerstone of practice,and theoretical foundations such as instillation theory and participatory culture theory provide worldview and methodological references for clarifying the status quo of value leadership and deepening the path.The research focuses on the group type of the informal group of college students,understands the complexity of the informal group of college students from the three dimensions of technical products,cultural capital and reality relationship,and analyzes the duality of group characteristics of the informal group of college students with a dialectical method.Practice is the purpose of theory.This study focuses on qualitative research methods based on observation and interviews,focusing on the problem of value leadership in informal groups of college students,and expounding that some college students have problems with value nihility,value loss,value utilitarianism,and value anomie,and the research analyzes the leading problems and reasons from the two aspects of educational subject and educational object.On the basis of the problem,an optimization path is proposed tentatively,from the value-leading target structure,basic logic to follow,to the value-leading method and means to deepen the implementation path of value-leading. |
