The novel coronavirus outbreak broke out at the end of 2019 and has spread to date.The virus is constantly mutating,and the future development trend is still unclear.Against the grim backdrop of the global epidemic,the Chinese government,after the initial emergency measures,quickly guided all industries to resume work and production in an orderly manner to ensure the normal operation of economic and social order.The education sector also acted quickly and actively responded to the call of the government by launching various online education courses,realizing the realization of "ceaseless teaching,ceaseless teaching" and making socially recognized contributions to the maintenance of normal education and teaching order.However,there is no denying that,in the face of the new education situation where the epidemic and online classes are intertwined,the teaching order of schools at all levels and of all types has been disturbed to varying degrees,especially for primary school students in the rural areas of central and western China.First of all,the education environment of online courses is far inferior to the offline education environment of schools,which lacks the direct guidance and necessary supervision of teachers.At the same time,primary school students are isolated and isolated on the Internet,and lack of group motivation and peer group support.Secondly,in the absence of necessary supervision and management,primary school students in the relatively loose and free education environment,due to the lack of sufficient self-control,are very easy to be distracted by other things,such as the temptation of electronic products,it is difficult to maintain a focused and efficient learning state during the online class;Thirdly,in a small number of rural primary school students’ families in central and western China,there are low smart phone or computer configuration,network signal is not good,often occur the phenomenon of online class delay,affecting the normal online class of primary school students;Even individual primary school students at home lack of smart phones or computers and other hardware environment security.As a result of the above factors,the self-efficacy of rural primary school students during online courses is greatly reduced,and some primary school students lose motivation and interest in their studies,and even have weariness.In the era of epidemic and the normalization of online classes,it is of great importance for the academic development of primary school students to maximize the positive function of online classes,avoid the possible negative effects of online classes,and effectively improve the sense of academic self-efficacy of rural primary school students during online classes.Based on the social work practice in S school,this paper uses social work professional group as the method to intervene in the research on the improvement of academic self-efficacy of rural pupils in central and western China,and deeply discusses the problem of the decrease of academic self-efficacy of rural pupils in central and western China during the period of home isolation.Analysis the Midwest rural primary school students academic self-efficacy to reduce the influence of factors,through professional group activities to explore increase method in the central and western rural primary school students academic self-efficacy and discussion and reflection for the whole group activity process,try for the Midwest rural pupils web class academic self-efficacy,relevant constructive reference opinions and Suggestions are put forward.
