| With the continuous improvement of national policies,home school cooperation has experienced a process from scratch,from shallow to deep,from broad to specific.The Fifth Plenary Session of 19 th CPC Central Committee incorporated “improving the school family social cooperative education mechanism” into the national “14th five year plan” development plan and the long-term goal of 2035.With the implementation of the “double reduction”policy and the formal promulgation of the family education promotion law of the People’s Republic of China,it once again highlighted the importance of family education and the necessity of home school cooperative education,So how to effectively establish the home school cooperative education mechanism and improve the efficiency of home school cooperative education has once again become an urgent problem to be solved.By combing the construction ideas of home school cooperative education related policies on home school cooperative education,based on extensive reading of the research on home school cooperation and education mechanism,and aiming at the problems existing in the current home school cooperation,this paper takes the case school as the research carrier,school managers,teachers and parents as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of case study,questionnaire survey,interview and so on,From the school level and the parent level,based on the mechanism design theory,this paper investigates design theory,this paper investigates,studies and analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the mechanism design,summarizes the advantages,existing problems and causes of the home school cooperative education mechanism of the case school,and provides opinions and suggestions on the construction of the home school cooperative education mechanism.The study found that the effectiveness of home school cooperation will be affected by the investment of school home school education activities,the enthusiasm of teacher’s participation,the starting point and end result of home school cooperation,communication and publicity,solicitation and adoption of opinions,and the flexibility of activity methods.therefore,on the basis of summarizing the advantages and problems of the construction of the home school cooperative education mechanism of the case school,the improvement suggestions are put forward as follows: at the school level,firstly,we should take the policy as an opportunity to adjust the working ideas of home school cooperative education,secondly,we need to formulate corresponding systems and flexible working plans,and establish and improve the evaluation and assessment mechanism of school home school cooperative work,Finally,efforts should be made to improve the construction of home school cooperative education teachers and vigorously invest special funds as a guarantee;At the parent level,we need to strengthen information communication and exchange to achieve win-win cooperation,give full play to the dominant position of parents,improve the utilization rate of parents’ resources,and establish and improve the construction of parent’s team of home school cooperative education.With the clear guidance of national policies,it is believed that relevant supporting facilities will be continuously improved in the future,and home school cooperative education will be an effective means of education for a long time.Therefore,it is hoped that with the help of the advantage trend of national policies and the theoretical basis of mechanism design,more attention and support will be given to the construction of home school cooperative education mechanism in the stage of basic education in the future,So as to truly play a role in home school cooperative education,comprehensively improve the efficiency of school management,the level of family education and the all-round development of students’ qualities,and achieve unified thinking and understanding,A new situation in which actions are implemented. |
