The economic and social transformation requires the deep integration of education and economic society,and the cultivation of innovative talents.The participation of enterprise forces in the education process is the only way to achieve reform and innovation in higher education and improve its quality.In the Canadian cooperative education model,enterprises actively cooperate with universities,participate in and cultivate a large number of high-level talents for Canada.This study attempts to clarify the mechanism construction of Canadian enterprises participating in cooperative education,so as to clarify the main role of enterprises in cooperative education.In addition,it analyzes the external incentive and guarantee mechanism,based on the feasibility of Canadian enterprises participating in cooperative education,sorts out the reality of China,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the cooperation of Chinese enterprises in higher education school-enterprise cooperation.This paper consists of five parts: The first chapter is the introduction,analyzes the source of the problem,the research status at home and abroad,and the relevant theoretical basis,so as to clarify the purpose of the research,establish research ideas,and construct a thesis framework.The second chapter analyzes the mechanism construction of Canadian enterprises participating in cooperative education.The third chapter analyzes the mechanism of enterprise participation in cooperative education in Canada,including talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship services.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the incentive and guarantee mechanism of Canadian enterprises participating in cooperative education,so as to clarify its role in the quality of enterprise participation.The fifth chapter is the enlightenment of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China.On the basis of analyzing the feasibility of Canadian enterprises participating in cooperative education,according to the situation of China,it is proposed to construct the social environment in which enterprises participate,to clarify the main role of enterprises in the process of personnel training,and to persist in innovation and entrepreneurship.
