Table tennis is one of the popular sports in public physical education in Colleges and universities in China.It has a good foundation for college students.However,in table tennis teaching in most colleges and universities,the single "injection" traditional teaching method is still the main one,that is,teachers’ demonstration,students’ imitation practice,teachers’ guidance to students,and students’ practice again.The traditional teaching method has its own advantages in the historical torrent of the development of physical education,but due to the different understanding of students’ knowledge,it is difficult for teachers to take into account each student when there are a large number of classes.It leads to some problems in the teaching process,such as poor mastery of technical movements,insufficient classroom atmosphere,poor learning effect and so on.With the deepening of teaching reform in Colleges and universities,college educators are constantly exploring and innovating teaching methods.The multiple feedback teaching method advocates the multi-directional exchange and feedback of information between teaching and learning,learning and learning,so that students can no longer study passively,but can actively help each other with other students,actively learn theoretical knowledge and practice technical actions under the guidance of teachers,which is more consistent with the "people-oriented" educational concept advocated by colleges and universities in China.Under the guidance of the theory of multiple feedback teaching method,the multiple feedback teaching method is applied to the teaching experiment of table tennis public physical education course in Nanjing University of technology by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.This paper aims to explore the feasibility of the implementation of multiple feedback teaching method in table tennis teaching in Colleges and universities,and compare the learning results of the experimental group guided by multiple feedback teaching method with the control group guided by traditional teaching method,in order to provide reference for table tennis teaching in Colleges and universities.After one semester of teaching experiment,the following results are obtained:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching method,there was significant difference in the test results of table tennis skills between the experimental group and the control group(P< 0.05);(2)There was significant difference in learning interest between the two groups(P <0.05);(3)There was significant difference in the evaluation of teaching effect between the two groups(P < 0.05).The following conclusions are drawn from the teaching experiment results:(1)The application of multiple feedback teaching method in table tennis teaching of ordinary college students can enable students to quickly and standardized master the basic technical movements of table tennis,mobilize students’ autonomy in learning and practice,improve students’ examination results and optimize the teaching effect;(2)Multiple feedback teaching method can promote students’ interest in physical education learning,that is,enthusiasm,skill learning,after-school exercise,physical attention and so on;(3)From the evaluation of teaching effect,the application of multiple feedback teaching method can promote the communication and discussion between teachers and students,the communication and cooperation between students,enhance students’ self-confidence in learning,and create a good classroom atmosphere. |
