China’s economy continues to develop,its industrial level has become higher,and its city is constantly developing,at the same time,many people living in rural areas work in citiesa,and the number of people going out of rural areas has also been growing.Most of the migrant workers are young and middle-aged people in rural areas,who generally have children,but affected by various conditions,these children have been staying in their original places during their parents’ working hours,and are raised by rural elders or others,thus forming a special social group.Most of the left behind children in rural areas are separated from their parents from childhood and lack of care and education from their parents,which leads to prosocial behavior problems in varying degrees during their growth.In the lives they grew up with,they often have inferiority,indifference,and these situations will affect their own growth and have a certain impact on the normal operation of society.In the long run,these have had a serious impact on their physical and mental development and the harmonious development of society.In response to the situations described above,this article,relying on the primary school in X Town,Wuwei City,use the pro social behavior orientation measurement questionnaire as a way of measuring this survey,takes rural left-behind children with pro-social behavior problems as the research object,joint use of quantitative and qualitative methods,and uses small groups of social work intervention methods to investigate the pro-social behavior compliance,behavior altruism,behavior emotion Conduct multi-level intervention in the four dimensions of behavioral urgency to clarify the following research questions: Where are the specific behaviors of the prosocial behavior of rural left-behind children in X Town’s primary school? What caused this situation to occur? How does social work intervene and improve? Is the intervention effective? And explore the feasibility and effectiveness of group social work intervention in rural left-behind children’s prosocial behavior.In the analysis of the prosocial behavior requirements of children raised by others living in rural areas,and on the basis of the previous relevant literature collection and empirical research,this study adopted the research method of quasi-experiment,combined with the situation of the study,to develop a group intervention plan,and selected 14 left-behind children in rural areas of X Town,Wuwei City,randomly divide into experimental group and control group as samples.After six group activities intervention,the following conclusions were drawn through intervention experiments and comparison with controls:1.The rural left-behind children have low altruism of prosocial behavior,low compliance,low emotional behavior and low urgency of behavior.The reasons for the deficiency are children’s own unhealthy personality and psychological characteristics,cognitive bias,inadequate empathy,and the joint impact of family,school,and society.2.The intervention research of group social work in the cultivation of prosocial behavior of children who live in rural areas and are raised by others without their parents has a certain effect.After the intervention,the prosocial behavior tendency of children left at home in rural areas has increased.3.The group intervention is in line with the actual situation and meet the specific situation of children raised by others living in rural areas,and has certain significance for the promotion of the pro-social behavior of the left-behind children in rural areas.
