| HPM is a new and hot field in the study of mathematical culture,mathematical history and mathematical education.Originated in Europe,the value of its research has been greatly recognized through the vigorous promotion of American education.China’s universities also have special research teams(such as the team led by Professor Wang Xiaoqin of East China Normal University),which not only carry out corresponding courses in colleges and universities,but also cooperate with primary and secondary schools to promote the integration of mathematics culture and mathematics history into the classrooms of primary and secondary schools.Mathematics history can not only improve students’ interest in learning,but also reproduce the process of the occurrence and development of mathematics knowledge.Compared with the learning process of students,it can help students to overcome the difficulties in learning.Therefore,it is a very important skill for teachers to master the knowledge of mathematics culture and history of mathematics and incorporate it into teaching design.However,the lack of relevant materials and the lack of experience in the development of relevant courses are the predicaments faced by most of the Front-line teachers.The radiation scope of university education is limited,and there is still a gap between theory and practice.Teachers need to explore and learn by themselves,and share their experiences to expand the power of HPM.The above research process is mainly carried out from the theoretical research and the empirical research.The method of theoretical research is literature review.The method of empirical research is the course study.Through the research,the author verifies that HPM teaching has a slight improvement in student achievement and a positive impact on students’ emotional experience.Moreover,the first method of HPM test preparation for first-line teachers is obtained——Group lesson preparation.And the necessity of follow-up research is made clear,and education departments at all levels are called on to expand the influence of HPM teaching. |
