High school ideological and political course is an important moral education course,improving the effect of ideological and political class teaching is related to the cultivation of new people.With the development and implementation of the new curriculum standards for high school ideology and politics,the emphasis on local cultural resources and changes in teaching methods has been strengthened worldwide.The Philosophy and Culture course is a specialized course that more systematically cultivates students’ correct worldview,outlook on life and values.By integrating local cultural resources familiar to students and project-based teaching methods that develop students’ problem-solving skills,the classroom teaching effect of Philosophy and Culture can be improved.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background and significance of the article,focuses on the current situation of research on local cultural resources,project-based teaching and Hakka cultural resources at home and abroad,and explains the research method and innovation,etc.It defines the concepts of local cultural resources,project-based teaching and Hakka cultural resources and sorts out and summarizes the contents of Hakka cultural resources.The second part analyzes the value of using local cultural resources in the project-based teaching of Philosophy and Culture.First,it has positive significance for achieving the project-based teaching objectives of Philosophy and Culture,such as being conducive to feeling cultural diversity and improving the ability to communicate and mutual appreciation,identifying different cultural phenomena and improving the ability to think and discernment,adhering to the practical approach and forming correct values,and passing on excellent local culture and To enhance the sense of cultural belonging.Secondly,it can promote the implementation of the project-based teaching practice of Philosophy and Culture,such as adding interest of the project theme of Philosophy and Culture,enhancing the richness of the project design of Philosophy and Culture,promoting the fluency of the project implementation of Philosophy and Culture,and highlighting the uniqueness of the project results of Philosophy and Culture.The third part of the survey is based on some high school students and teachers in Meizhou City.Through the questionnaire method and interview method,it is found that the use of local cultural resources in the project-based teaching of Philosophy and Culture still has problems,such as teachers using simple and fragmented resources,teachers’ project design being out of touch with students’ reality,students’ lack of subjectivity and enthusiasm in participation,and difficulties in evaluating project-based teaching,which restrict teachers from better using local cultural resources in the project-based teaching of Philosophy and Culture and affect the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and the causes are analyzed.The fourth part describes the strategies for using local cultural resources in the project-based teaching of Philosophy and Culture : using local cultural resources to build a scaffold for project learning;using local cultural resources to enrich project design;giving full play to students’ subjectivity to promote project implementation;and creating a scientific evaluation system to Improve project evaluation.And through the analysis of local cultural resources and the content of the textbook "Philosophy and Culture",the project activities with a high degree of relevance are designed in the form of a table,taking the Hakka cultural resources of Meizhou as an example.Finally,a specific teaching case of using local cultural resources in the project-based teaching of Philosophy and Culture is designed,taking Meizhou Hakka cultural resources as an example,to provide teaching reference for front-line political science teachers.
