With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,education departments all over the country are constantly increasing the development and utilization of local cultural resources.The integration of local cultural resources into the teaching of ideological and political courses in middle schools has been normalized,and its effective role in promoting high school ideological and political lessons has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,this phenomenon also causes the general concern of the majority of experts,theoretical workers and teachers.For high school ideological and political lessons,the effective use and development of curriculum resources,rich teaching content,making the classroom close to students' life is conducive to the inheritance of local culture and the enrichment of curriculum resources.The local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou have a long history and are close to students' life,In line with students' physical and mental development and cognitive level,the local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou should be applied to high school ideological and political classes to enrich the teaching content of politics classes and promote curriculum reform.Guided by Marxist theory and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and based on theories of pedagogy,psychology,statistics,etc.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic research and analysis on the problems existing in the teaching and utilization of local cultural resources in "Philosophy and Culture" in Zhangjiakou;This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods and innovation of this paper;The second part defines the connotation of culture,local culture and local cultural resources,At the same time,it comprehensively introduces the representative resources such as scenic spots and historic sites,historical development,red culture and folk customs in Zhangjiakou local culture,And summedup the local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou several characteristics;The third part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of Zhangjiakou local cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture,It is considered that the study of integrating the local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou into the course of Philosophy and Culture is conducive to the inheritance of local culture.It is beneficial to promote the common development of teachers and students and the realization of teaching objectives,so it is very necessary,At the same time,the local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou have a high degree of conformity with the ideological and political textbooks of senior high schools,and the education of local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou can adapt to the physical and mental characteristics of middle school students.;The fourth part combs and analyzes the data acquired during the internship and investigation.Summing up the problems existing in the application of local cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture of Zhangjiakou,and analyzing the causes;The fifth part mainly expounds the basic principles that should be followed in the application of local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture.On this basis,it puts forward that the development and utilization of local cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture should be combined with social efforts,raise the teacher's ideology,improve the teacher's teaching ability,pay attention to the education reform,And put forward some measures to integrate the local cultural resources into the classroom teaching of Zhangjiakou,enrich the teaching content by using the cultural resources,optimize the teaching methods and other ways to reform classroom teaching.Through this research,I have browsed a large number of local cultural resources of Zhangjiakou on the spot or online,and deeply felt the profound cultural deposits of Zhangjiakou,a famous cultural city and a red city.I have a deeper understanding of the significance of the application of local culture to the teaching of Philosophy and Culture in senior high school,and updated the concept of curriculum resources.It is believed that this will certainly promote middle school students' love for politics and healthy growth,it provides reference and support for middle school ideological and political teachers to develop and utilize more colorful local cultural resources in practical teaching.
