| Reducing the schoolwork burden of students in compulsory education has always been a hot topic of concern to the whole society in recent years,and it is also the dilemma of basic education curriculum reform and the current situation that needs to be improved.The implementation of "double reduction" has provided a policy guarantee for reducing the burden of basic education.Physics is a key subject based on experiment in junior high school,and physics experiment teaching plays an important role in the whole process of physics teaching.The implementation of "double reduction" policy in physics experiment teaching should not only ensure the quality of classroom teaching,but also reduce students’ homework burden.In order to realize the "burden reduction and quality increase" of compulsory education,this study studies and practices the requirements of the "double reduction" policy,and seeks an effective way to implement the "double reduction" policy.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the physics teachers and students of Mianzhu Middle School in Sichuan Province to understand the training of the physics teachers in Mianzhu Middle School in the experimental teaching and the current situation of students’ academic burden under the background of "double reduction".Secondly,based on the requirements of the "double reduction" policy,according to the problems and deficiencies in the survey results,teaching case design and practice from three aspects: improving the quality of classroom teaching,optimizing the homework design and improving the after-school service level.In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching,experimental teaching needs to be closely related to life,be good at grasping students’ psychology,and turn boring,difficult and abstract qualitative experiments into interesting,easy to understand and intuitive quantitative experiments,so as to innovate and improve the traditional physics experiment teaching.In order to optimize the homework design,the results of the first monthly examination and mid-term examination of the experimental class and the control class were compared and analyzed,and the homework was designed based on the result analysis results,so as to reduce the amount of students’ homework and achieve the purpose of "reducing the burden and increasing the quality".In order to improve the level of after-school service,students are taught to study independently during the after-school service period,to positively evaluate students,and to carry out emotional education and patriotism education,so as to promote the training of people with all-round development.Finally,the designed teaching cases will be practiced.At the end of the teaching practice,the student post questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the results of the designed teaching cases.The research results show that the innovative physics experiment teaching can improve the classroom teaching quality of the physics experiment teaching in junior middle school.Homework design through performance analysis can not only reduce the amount of homework,but also improve students’ physics performance.During the after-school service period,cultivating students’ ability in all aspects can improve the after-school service level.To sum up,based on the requirements of the "double reduction" policy,the three teaching cases designed in this study can reduce students’ workload,improve students’ interest in learning physics,and achieve the purpose of "reducing burden and increasing quality". |
