| Physical lifestyle homework can reflect the close connection between physics and life.It has the characteristics of diverse forms,rich content,and strong interest.It has played a certain role in consolidating students’ physical knowledge and promoting students’ physical interest.In this article,the literature research method was used to summarize the current research status of the design and implementation of physical lifestyle homework,analyze the research gaps and deficiencies,and elaborate the relevant theories of this study,including Tao Xingzhi life education theory,constructivist theory,and humanistic theory and STSE theory,It can clarify the theoretical support of the design and implementation of physical lifestyle homework;Secondly,the questionnaire survey and interview research was used to investigate the current situation of junior high school physics homework assignments and the implementation of the dual reduction policy,the existing problems of the design and arrangement of physical homework were analyzed,the feasibility of the implementation of lifestyle homework was evaluated;After that,according to the principles of life oriented,systemic,scientific,interesting,openness and other principles,the chapter content in the physics textbooks for junior high schools published by Shanghai Science Education Press,such as Chapter 4 "Colorful Light",Chapter 5 "Mass and Density ",Chapter 10 "Machinery and Man ",Chapter 12 " Temperature and State Change ",Chapter 13 " Internal Energy and Heat Machine ",Chapter 14 " Understanding Circuits " were used to design the lifestyle homework;Finally,through analysis and integration of textbooks,extracurricular and lifestyle resources,prepare the operation implementation rules,implemented the lifestyle homework in the internship school,and used quasi experimental research.By setting up experimental classes and control classes,verified the effectiveness of the implementation of the lifestyle homework.The results of quasi experiment research and student interviews showed that: junior high school physical lifestyle homework can effectively improve students’ academic record,help students to consolidate the knowledge learned in the class,to a certain extent expand the students’ knowledge borders and increase students’ physical learning interests.The implement of the lifestyle homework by the implementation rules which was prepared according to the integration of various operational resources can make up for the lack of systemicity,inadequate integration of the teaching progress and the textbook knowledge structure,It can also reduce the students’ learning burden,and promote the students’ knowledge learning. |
