Research On The Development Path Of Campus Football Characteristic School From The Perspective Of Sports And Education Integration

With the concern and support of the party and the government,the development of campus football in Wuxi Xinwu District has not only achieved some achievements,but also had some problems,in order to promote the integrated development of football teaching and learning in Wuxi Xinwu District,taking the characteristic school of Wuxi Xinwu District as the object of investigation,in the course of the study,we adopted the methods of literature,Expert interview and questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the construction and development of campus football characteristic schools in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,based on the perspective of“ Integration of sports and education ”,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development of campus football characteristic school in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,and puts forward the development path of campus football characteristic school,to solve the problems faced by the characteristic school of campus football in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,vigorously promote the development of campus football activities in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,build a model city of integration of sports and education,and promote the healthy development of youth sports.The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows:The number and proportion of the football characteristic schools in Xinwu District of Wuxi City rank first in the district of Wuxi City,and the Administrative Committee of Wuxi high-tech Zone of Xinwu District of Wuxi City,the People’s government of Xinwu district attaches great importance to the development of campus football and the economic support is the most powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of schools with football characteristics.In the aspect of organization and leadership,the leading group of campus football has been set up in Wuxi Xinwu District.The leaders attach great importance to campus football,and the management mechanism of campus football is basically mature In terms of basic security,the lack of special teachers for football,football facilities can basically meet the development of campus football activities,football funds can meet the development of campus football activities;in terms of education and teaching,most of the schools can arrange at least one football class and after-school service every week according to the assessment standard In the aspect of football training and competition,both school boys and girls football team and Campus Football League are set up,but there are problems of low training frequency and insufficient time in football school team training.In terms of home-school co-operation,most parents can support students to participate in campus football activities,there are few football-featured schools to carry out home-school co-operation.In the aspect of integration of sports and education,it is only limited in the “ Municipal school-run team”,and the vitality of integration between sports department and Education Department needs to be stimulated.The advantages of the development of Wuxi Xinwu District Football Characteristic School:(1)Wuxi high-tech Zone Administrative Committee,Xinwu District People’s government attaches importance to the construction of campus football infrastructure;(2)the Education Bureau of Xinwu District carried out top-level design for the development of schools with football characteristics;(3)most of the schools with football characteristics were able to carry out solid football education and teaching activities;(4)the popularity of football training and competitions on campus was extensive;(5)“Integration of sports and education,municipal school-run team” initial results.The difficulties in the development of the football characteristic school in Wuxi Xinwu District are as follows:(1)the policies and regulations need to be improved continuously;(3)the construction of football teachers still needs to be strengthened;(4)the connotation of campus football culture needs to be enriched;(5)the mechanism of Campus Football League is not perfect;(6)the situation of home-school co-education has not been formed.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following development paths:(1)strengthening the overall management of policies and perfecting the policies and regulations on the integration of physical education and physical education;(2)building a common prosperity and innovating the integration mechanism of physical education;(3)optimizing the football teaching staff,to form a phoenix habitat where football talents gather,(4)to build a campus football culture which integrates material,spirit,behavior and system based on people(students),(5)to establish a variety of forms of football matches,improve the campus football league mechanism;(6)home and school work together to build the campus football dream.
