Connotation,Path And Case Study Of New Football School "New Football School" Construction

Teenagers are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.Strengthening the development of youth football is also for the country’s booming football career.In June 2020,under the leadership of the Ministry of education,the country’s first city based "new football school" was born,which is a new attempt to learn from the previous experience in the development of campus football.The purpose is to build an integrated teaching,training and competition development model,in order to cultivate high-quality and excellent football talents in the new era.Kaifeng is a famous city in football history.From ancient times to now,it has a strong football atmosphere.In 2013,it successfully applied for the provincial distribution city of campus football in China,of which21 primary and secondary schools were selected as "provincial campus football characteristic schools",including 13 primary schools,6 junior middle schools and 2 senior high schools.By 2021,Kaifeng has established 60 national campus football characteristic schools and 14 national football characteristic kindergartens.The research on the current situation of Kaifeng "new football school" plays an important leading and exemplary role.This study selects Kaifeng "new football school" for empirical research,obtains relevant materials and data by using the methods of questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview,literature and comparative analysis,finds out the problems existing in the development of Kaifeng "new football school" and puts forward relevant countermeasures,It provides reference opinions for the construction of "new football schools" in other cities.The research institute draws the following conclusions:1.The "new football school" has plans for the cultivation of football talents in terms of new ideas,new objectives and new operation mechanism.It adheres to the "education" as the foundation and emphasizes the development mode of "culture + skills",so as to provide new direction and guidance for the cultivation of modern football talents.In practice,it is far from the concept of talent training,and the training concept of "new football school" needs to be deepened.2.The competition system of Kaifeng "new football school" needs to be further improved,establish a perfect camp League platform,strengthen the competition mode of "inside camp outside camp within the region",organize more football matches of the same level,and participate in more large-scale football matches.3.Kaifeng "new football school" coach team construction is reasonable,but there is a lack of excellent coaches,so it is necessary to introduce more high-level coaches for guidance and management.The training system is imperfect,and the training frequency and level are low.4.The training program of Kaifeng "new football school" is compiled according to the actual situation and needs of teenagers,covers the basic requirements of practice and theory,and embodies the scientificity and systematicness of training.5.The echelon construction of Kaifeng "new football school" is rationalized,the training time is reasonable,and the training times meet the basic requirements of "two practices and one competition".
