Chinese professional football repeatedly fails miserably,is our football career development once in a low point.The country deeply understands that in order to solve the dilemma of professional football,we must solve the problem from the source.The biggest problem in our country is that football is developing for the sake of development,without the support of the huge football population,which leads to the situation that the national team often fails to meet.The cultivation of football population should start from the large number of primary and secondary school students.At this time,the proposed policy of "integration of sports education" can constitute the system strategy with the development of schools with characteristics of campus football,and create a new era for the development of Chinese football.Therefore,the national leaders attach particular importance to it.The policy of "integration of sports and education",which is led by the Ministry of Education and formulated by other departments,is a new requirement and new regulation for the development of campus football.As one of the first pilot cities of the national youth school football characteristic schools,Jinan should set an example for the development of the province’s youth school football characteristic schools."Physical education integration" is not an easy task,it needs a long and difficult process to achieve it.Therefore,this paper explores the actual development of campus football in Jinan City based on the development status of "integration of sports and education" in primary school football,and promotes the further development of "integration of sports and education" in primary school football in Jinan City.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the actual situation of "integration of sports and education" in elementary school football characteristic schools in Jinan City through the method of literature data and expert interviews,and the form of questionnaire survey,to understand the existing problems in the implementation process of "integration of sports and education" in elementary school football characteristic schools in Jinan City,and gives corresponding suggestionsThe results show that:(1)Jinan Primary School football characteristic School has corresponding measures in terms of policy familiarity,teachers,students and parents,but there are corresponding deficiencies in each level.Specifically,the school has poor familiarity with the policy documents of "integration of sports and education",the teachers on the whole cannot reach the level of coaches for football projects,and the students have low motivation to participate in football.The students’ expectation for football class is not high,the venue facilities are not perfect and the students’ parents do not understand and do not support the situation.(2)The diversified development path of Jinan primary school football characteristic schools is mainly football curriculum and popularization path;School team construction and competition path;System integration path;Social support and cooperative pathways.All have certain reference value.(3)The successful experience of Jinan primary school football characteristic school case analysis mainly includes developing school-based curriculum and strengthening the popularization of football curriculum;Building school team culture and enriching competition experience;The introduction of excellent teachers,through the integration of training path;Actively seek external support to open up the road of social cooperation.Corresponding suggestions are given:(1)Under the guidance of the policy of "integration of sports and education",the primary school football working group of Jinan should construct local policies and regulations,comprehensively balance the whole primary school of Jinan,and promote the implementation in primary schools according to local conditions.Schools should actively communicate with parents to remove their concerns and let children devote themselves to football.(2)Schools should set up school-based football courses according to their own characteristics,comprehensively consider the law of physical and mental development of primary school students and the law of formation of sports skills,learn football skills in football activities,and practice football skills in football games,so as to increase the motivation of students to participate in football,attract more people into football and increase the football population.(3)According to the actual situation,the school should build a football team,select excellent personnel to teach,formulate rules and regulations,and set up institutional management.Grasp the opportunity to communicate with the outside world,use the competition as training,grow in the competition.(4)To actively introduce excellent teachers,through the integrated training path,according to the national policy to increase professional(part-time)football coaches,establish relevant management organizations,formulate relevant rules and regulations to guarantee their wages and benefits.According to the school and local conditions,strengthen the communication between the upper and lower schools,and formulate a perfect integrated training program.(5)Actively seek external support,and under the leadership of the government,sign tripartite cooperation agreements with local enterprises or clubs,which are guaranteed by the government,invested by enterprises,and rewarded by schools,so as to create a tripartite
