Research On The Development Path Of Volleyball In Traditional Characteristic Schools Of Campus Volleyball Sports In Hainan Province From The Perspective Of Integration Of Sports And Education

In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sports jointly issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents." The introduction of this document not only provides development opportunities for the promotion of volleyball,but also provides direction for the development of campus volleyball in Hainan Province.As one of the main places for the cultivation of volleyball reserve talents,the school should strengthens the promotion of volleyball in traditional schools of campus volleyball sports,and accelerates the popularization and development of campus volleyball through the form of point to area.To do a good job in the selection and identification of traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball has gradually become a breakthrough in the development of campus volleyball in China.This study takes the development of volleyball in 20 schools with traditional characteristics of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province as the research object.By using the methods of literature,investigation,analysis and mathematical statistics,this thesis analyzes the current situation of volleyball development in schools with traditional characteristics of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province and the main factors affecting its development.Qualitative analysis is carried out with the main research contents of internal strengths(S),weaknesses(W),external opportunities(O)and threats(T)in the development of volleyball in schools with traditional characteristics of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province,and the weight of each level index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process for quantitative analysis.This thesis constructs the SWOT-AHP hierarchical development model and the strategic quadrilateral of the development path of volleyball in traditional schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province from the perspective of integration of sports and education,and finally explores the path of volleyball development in this region.The conclusions are as follows :(1)Since the Ministry of Education of the People ’s Republic of China announced the list of schools with traditional characteristics of campus volleyball sports in 2020,20 schools in Hainan Province have been able to actively respond to national policies and do their own work.They have steadily carried out work from four aspects : organizational leadership,education and teaching,condition guarantee,and training and competition.(2)The advantages of the development of volleyball in traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province are as follows superior geographical environment the structure of teachers is younger good mass base,students like the social attention is high,and the leadership attaches importance to four aspects.The main disadvantages are uneven distribution of schools,less participation in events lack of physical education teachers the supervision mechanism is not perfect students’ basic skills are not solid,professional training is too early in four aspects.Through the calculation of expert scoring and total intensity value,it is found that the internal advantages of the development of volleyball in traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province are weaker than the disadvantages.(3)Hainan province campus volleyball sports traditional characteristics of school volleyball sports facing the opportunity conditions are: national attention to the development of the three big ball;the promotion of the demand for’ volleyball quality talents’;the promotion of the reform measures of the integration of sports and education;the background of the construction of’ free trade port ’ and’ international tourism island’;threat conditions :contradiction between learning and training;talent channel transmission way is single;the response measures of the course under special conditions;the impact of other sports.Scoring by expert judgment,the above opportunity conditions are weaker than the threat conditions.(4)Through the SWOT-AHP model construction and analysis of the development path of volleyball in the traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province,it is determined that the development direction of volleyball in the traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province is a conservative(W-T type)strategic direction,and the strategic azimuth is 27 ° 33’.According to the specific development model of volleyball in traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports in Hainan Province,the following paths are proposed: constantly adjust and improve the spatial distribution of traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports and the campus volleyball competition system;strengthen the construction of professional sports teachers according to the existing resources;improve the supervision mechanism of traditional characteristic schools of campus volleyball sports;strengthen students’ volleyball theory learning,carry out rich campus volleyball cultural activities;relying on the opportunity of sports and education integration to increase investment in special funds and properly handle the contradiction between learning and training;strengthen the communication between schools at all levels and build a sound talent training channel;efforts to overcome the threat of the project itself,and actively respond to the challenges of other sports.
