| The purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the department of physical education is to help solve the employment difficulties of college students in the department of sports,appropriately increase the employment opportunities,enhance the innovation awareness and entrepreneurial knowledge of sports students,and better alleviate the employment problems caused by the impact of the epidemic and the expansion of school enrollment.SYB entrepreneurship training not only changes the employment concept of college students,but also stimulates their enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,guides college students to establish a correct sense of innovation and entrepreneurship and self-employment spirit,and further enhances their entrepreneurial skills and broaden their employment channels.Therefore,through the analysis of the bottleneck factors faced by the current situation of SYB entrepreneurship,it is needed for the high-quality development of socialist modernization and an important measure to steadily promote social progress.Therefore,this paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method,mathematical statistics,based on the system management theory from:human resources,material resources and environmental resources of Hubei four provincial normal university sports department of the present situation of SYB entrepreneurship training research and analysis,strive to all-round,multi-level sports departments to carry out SYB entrepreneurship training faces many constraints,aims to clarify the possible or potential problems,put forward feasibility and operability countermeasures.Among them,the main purpose is to promote employment by training,promote employment by entrepreneurship,promote the development of employment promotion mode,and put forward practical and feasible countermeasures.The results indicate that:(1)In terms of human resources: there is a serious shortage of teachers for SYB training in physical education departments of provincial normal universities in Hubei Province,and there are too many part-time teachers;Most students have insufficient awareness of SYB entrepreneurship training and lack motivation to learn SYB entrepreneurship training;The managers of the department pay less attention to SYB entrepreneurship training.(2)Material resources: the venue environment of many sports colleges and departments failed to meet the requirements of SYB entrepreneurship training,and the training venue environment needs to be improved;The financial support for training is insufficient.(3)In terms of environmental resources: the case teaching content in the four sports colleges and departments surveyed lacks relevant sports teaching cases;The assessment is too formal;The promotion model is too one-sided.In view of the above problems,we try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions mainly include:(1)Human resources: strengthen the training of full-time SYB teachers in sports,actively encourage SYB teachers to go to enterprises to learn and exchange,and participate in entrepreneurship if conditions permit;Students are encouraged to actively participate in SYB entrepreneurship knowledge competitions and activities to improve their awareness of SYB entrepreneurship training and clarify their motivation to learn SYB entrepreneurship training.(2)In terms of material resources: enhance the attention of college and department leaders to carry out SYB entrepreneurship training,and integrate SYB entrepreneurship training into the teaching of physical education;Increase the construction of site environment and financial support.(3)Environmental resources: add sports entrepreneurship cases to the teaching content of SYB training of sports colleges and departments;The course materials should fully combine the students’ cases of independent entrepreneurship in colleges and departments;Assessment and evaluation should be carried out in all aspects;The promotion model should run through the whole college students’ career. |
