Research On The Entrepreneurship Education System Of Hubei Vocational Colleges Under The New Normal State

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed the implementation of innovation driven development strategy in order to ensure the new normal economy to advance steadily and develop gradually.Deepen the higher entrepreneurship education reform not only an the implementation of the national innovation driven strategy,an urgent need to promote economic quality and efficiency upgrade,but also an important measure of higher quality employment to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education,to promote the high school graduates.Based on these,this paper takes the vocational colleges which are closely related to the social and economic development as the research object,selecting Hubei vocational colleges as a typical case to do in-depth research.Based on literature,questionnaire,policy analysis and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes and explores the theoretical basis,current situation,causes and Countermeasures of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new normal economic situation.The result of the investigation shows that there are still a series of problems in the concept,structure and the participation degree of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in China’s higher vocational colleges.The specific performance shows that understanding surface of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education,utilitarian tendency,and the lack of confidence;the innovation of Higher Vocational entrepreneurship education system and radiation coverage is small,the integration of professional education is not enough,the lack of teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship education;the enterprises and institutions involved in the capital entrepreneurship education system innovation level is lower as well as the occupation education still have serious prejudice.The main reason for these problems are the lack of cultural identity in innovation and entrepreneurship education,the imperfect support system of innovation and entrepreneurship education resources,and the lack of a reasonable evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In view of the current situation and causes of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,Hubei vocational colleges should optimize from aspects of cultural cultivation,mechanism improvement,resources guarantee and evaluation rationalization.In order to plant culture,we need to set up the mass education concept,carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship education with "integrated and progressive education throughout our academic career" as well as cultivate "innovative talents with global vision".In order to improve the system and mechanism,we should build an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem which is built up by the internal training system and the external support system of the school,practice the training mechanism of the integration of theory and practice and establish the "university independent" transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements.To guarantee the supply of resources,we need to establish a self financing and investment channel for higher vocational colleges,striving to forge a high-quality and high level innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty.To improve the way of evaluation,we need to give full play to the role of market evaluation in the quality evaluation of talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve the matching degree between entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial talents and market demand,so as to meet the demand of innovative talents in the new normal economy.
