This paper to rural D primary school "love full jingchu children’s home" social work service project as the foundation,with the D primary school left-behind children as the service object,with reference to the process of action research,combined with the characteristics of social work service,using "demand assessment,service plan,implementation service action,evaluation service reflection" of thinking framework,explore in rural D primary school social work mailbox service practice.First of all,through the preliminary demand survey,the problems and needs faced by the service object are defined.On this basis,the intervention plan was formulated,a social worker mailbox service platform was set up in D primary school,methods and ways to receive letters and replies were designed,and the daily management and operation mechanism of social worker mailbox was established to form a normal service.Then,the specific analysis and description of how the social work mailbox service is carried out,and the effectiveness of the intervention is tested in the way of result evaluation.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the effectiveness of the service,we find out the advantages and disadvantages in the actual work,reflect on how to carry out the service for the service objects more effectively,and draw the experience and research conclusions of the social work mailbox service.The practice shows that,although there are some problems in the service design of the social worker mailbox service,the specific implementation of the service action and the way of measuring the service effectiveness.However,the social work intervention model based on the platform of social worker mailbox has a positive effect in effectively guiding left-behind children to reasonably vent their negative emotions,obtain emotional support,enhance their self-confidence,enhance their enthusiasm,and enrich their campus life.
