| As trade between China and South Korea becomes increasingly frequent,coupled with the majority of the Korean ethnic group residing in northeastern China,a region geographically close to South Korea and sharing the same language,a large number of young the Korean ethnic group workers choose to work in South Korea.Left-behind the Korean ethnic group teenagers have emerged as a special group,and the difficulties they face growing up are increasingly prominent.These left-behind teenagers often lack parental companionship,have incomplete family structures,or experience discordant family atmospheres.The growth environment of these the Korean ethnic group teenagers fundamentally differs from that of typical left-behind families,and their cultural background is also unique.Therefore,when they are unable to solve a series of growing-up problems,it can lead to deviant behavior,even actions that deviate from societal expectations.Through exploring the above issues,social workers analyze the characteristics and family structures of the left-behind the Korean ethnic group teenagers from the perspective of the ecological system theory.They approach the issue from both general and individual perspectives,applying theoretical knowledge and intervention skills to provide personalized social work services to the cases from micro,meso,and macro system levels.Firstly,this research investigates the current situation of these teenagers by examining and analyzing domestic and international literature related to left-behind teenagers,combined with observations during the social work internship period,with the Korean ethnic group left-behind teenagers at Q Middle School in the Korean Autonomous Township of W County as the research subjects.The analysis focuses on the growth difficulties and causes faced by teenagers from micro,meso,and macro system levels.It involves interventions on representative cases based on the perspective of the ecological system theory,comprehensively and multilevel solving the growth difficulties of children,exploring social system resources around the teenagers,helping the cases build a social support network,assisting the Korean ethnic group left-behind teenagers in better integrating into the new environment,and enhancing their ability to solve problems independently and stimulate their potential.At the same time,it seeks a new model for social work intervention in the issue of left-behind the Korean ethnic group teenagers and provides forward-looking suggestions and feasible solutions for the problems commonly faced by such groups. |
