| Affected by China’s social and economic development and the regional characteristics of Yanbian city,by June 2011,there were 51127left-behind children in Yanbian Prefecture,among which the Korean ethnic group accounted for about 57.23%.The issue of Korean left-behind children has aroused people’s positive attention for a time.In the face of these most of the time in the management of their own children,if we are to "self management ability" is the incision,understand their self-management ability level of development,grasp the features of their self management ability development,summarizes the strategies to promote the development of self management ability,can greatly improve their ability of self-management,let them can more effectively manage their in solitude.At present,more and more attention has been paid to the research of self-management ability in China,and more achievements have been made.However,most studies on the characteristics of the development of self-management ability start from the cultivation of self-management ability,especially on the special group of Korean left-behind children.The premise of self-management is self-education,and the foundation of self-education is social education,school education and family education.Most of the existing research on self-management training approaches at home and abroad start from social education,school education and family education,which shows that to effectively cultivate self-management ability,we must start from these three dimensions.Therefore,the author believes that combining the current situation of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children and the problems encountered in real life,it is necessary and feasible to summarize a set of theoretical model suitable for the development of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children as the basis for the implementation of scientific and reasonable self-management.This research mainly USES literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on education research method,first of all,on the basis of reference books at home and abroad research,combined with the actual situation of the Korean left-behind children,by means of self education and self management theory,theory of self-consciousness,child development theory and social learning theory in the theory and practice of pedagogy and psychology for self management related factors and contents of research,considering actual situation of the Korean ethnic group left-behind children study and life,preliminarily established the Korean left-behind children theories model of the self management ability;Secondly,according to the theoretical model,the questionnaire survey on the Self-management Ability of Korean Primary School students was prepared.Combined with interviews,the students in grade 3-5 of a primary school in Yanji city were measured.Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The development status of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children shows three characteristics: imbalance,hysteresis and autonomy.(2)The bottleneck in the development of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children is learning.(3)The core factor for the development of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children is: effective communication.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested that(1)cultivating the self-management ability of Korean left-behind children should follow the characteristics of the development of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children;(2)Break through the bottleneck of self-management ability development of Korean left-behind children;(3)Establish an educational chain to promote the development of self-management ability of Korean left-behind children. |
