With the continuous development of the education industry,the study of marking methods has gradually become a hot research topic in the information society.Nowadays,online marking is becoming more and more mature,but the marking marks of markers will be lost after applying online marking,which is not conducive to the use of students and parents.Although the traditional manual marking contains markings,it is not only unable to collect the whole sample in small points,but also unable to timely feedback the actual teaching effect due to the relationship between time and manpower.In view of the above problems,this paper explored the design and development of handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system applied to network marking through the analysis of related network marking technology.When the marker finishes marking the test paper manually,the traced marking technique identified by the small mark of the students' paper surface can not only collect the data of the whole sample,but also provide the markers for the students and parents,thus achieving double profit with half the effort.By analyzing the handwritten numeral recognition technology and referring to the standards of the domestic postal code recognition system,the performance of the developed system is evaluated by using the A,S,R,P indicators.By analyzing the principle and correction process of BP network,the training and recognition process of the system is designed,which makes the design and implementation of handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system in this paper have scientific theoretical support.Based on this study,the functional requirements of the handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system are realized,including image acquisition,image format,image processing and image display.This paper designs the network marking process of handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system,and defines the path and means of the realization of handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system,and determines the clear direction of the system implementation.On this basis,the design and prototype development of the test paper handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system are completed,including the functional design of each module,system flow design,system interface design and implementation,test paper handwritten score recognition system program design and implementation,database design and implementation.The system realizes the functional requirement of handwriting score recognition by BP neural network technology,which is of great significance to the development of teaching and the analysis of exam data.Finally,the prototype test of handwriting recognition subsystem in marked scoring system is completed and tested.The performance of the system is evaluated according to the test results.The evaluation results show that the overall recognition rate(A)of the system is 96.87%,and the recognition accuracy(P)is 97.34%.The system has basically reached the level of practical application.In this paper,BP neural network technology is successfully applied to achieve handwritten score recognition,so that mark marking can be achieved.It is of great significance to analyze test data and improve teaching effectiveness.The system has a demonstration and leading role in the application of modern information technology to improve teaching effectiveness,and has great development prospects and commercial significance.
