Since the 21stcentury,with the rapid development of Internet technology and the rise of artificial intelligence,various countries have issued relevant educational documents in order to train creative talents in line with the development of the times,which put forward new requirements for the training direction of various abilities and qualities of talents in basic education and higher education.In the 1980s and 1990s,the rise and deepening of critical thinking research provides educational policymakers a brand new perspective.Whether the United States,Europe and other western developed regions,or developing countries in Asia all began to pay attention to the cultivation of critical thinking ability of middle school students.The"Physics Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools"issued in 2017 and revised in 2020 puts forward core literacy requirements,which includes a large number of requirements related to critical thinking skills.While putting forward the requirements of critical thinking training,scholars at home and abroad also began to explore the compilation of critical thinking measurement tools,and educational researchers in different countries and disciplines set out to localize and professionalize the tools.In our country,the college entrance examination is still the main way of talent selection.Proposition range,style,and content of the college entrance examination can be taken as the"whip"of basic education.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the evaluation mode of physics test questions in the college entrance examination based on critical thinking theory,and establishes relevant theoretical framework of critical thinking skills for physics test questions in the college entrance examination.This framework is applied to evaluate and study the critical thinking skills in a certain number of college entrance examination physics questions.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant researches on critical thinking at home and abroad,combs and collects the explanations of the connotation of critical thinking from schools of thoughts,as well as the measurement dimensions and standards in various tools for measuring critical thinking skills,and finally sorts out the definitions of critical thinking skills and their sub-skills.Secondly,this thesis carries out a comparison among the theory of critical thinking skills,curriculum standards,college entrance examination ability requirements,Bloom’s taxonomy of educational goals and information processing psychology,and a theoretical framework of critical thinking skills for college entrance examination questions is established after the thinking process of solving a large number of problems in college entrance examination questions.Finally,based on the theoretical framework,the 2001-2022Shanghai College Entrance Examination papers and 2017-2022 national physics high examination questions were selected for coding and statistical analysis.Through this research,it is discovered that the physics tests of college entrance exam over the years involve the examination of every critical thinking skill,and it is believed that the college entrance exam questions can measure students’critical thinking skill acquisition to a certain extent.There are some discrepancies in the assessment of critical thinking skills in different years and regions.The proportion of the assessment score of critical skills should be developed in a reasonable and stable way,and the assessment methods of various skills can be more flexible and diversified.
