Since the implementation of the first round of "world-class disciplines" construction,major universities have responded positively and strived to accelerate the construction of world-class disciplines.The reform and development have achieved remarkable results,pushing the construction of a higher education power to a new historical starting point.When the first round of construction of "world-class disciplines" expires,evaluate the effectiveness of the construction of "world-class disciplines" from the perspective of scientific research paper performance,summarize the successful experience in the construction process,and explore the path and method of world-class discipline construction with Chinese characteristics.The second round of "world-class disciplines" construction is of great significance.In this context,based on the InCites database,this study analyzed the performance improvement of scientific research papers of 13 computer disciplines selected as "world-class disciplines" before and after the construction of "world-class disciplines" through bibliometric and statistical analysis methods,revealing the current The improvement of the overall productivity and quality of scientific research papers of computer first-class disciplines before and after the establishment of my country’s "world-class disciplines",and the reduction of the gap between them and world-class computer disciplines in terms of productivity and quality of scientific research papers.At the same time,for the 13 selected computer disciplines in universities,the differences in the productivity and quality of scientific research papers before and after their construction were analyzed,and on this basis,the characteristics of each discipline in terms of scientific research paper types,scientific research paper cooperation,and funding were further studied.The study found that my country’s computer disciplines selected as "world-class disciplines" are generally ahead of the world’s first-class level in terms of productivity of scientific research papers,and surpass the global average level in terms of quality of scientific research papers,but there is still a certain gap from the world-class level.Among the computer disciplines selected as "world-class disciplines",the productivity and quality of scientific research papers in different universities during the construction of computer disciplines vary.Good;Peking University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Tsinghua University,Harbin Institute of Technology and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics are better in the construction of scientific research papers;the overall performance of computer science research papers in Southeast University is better than other construction disciplines.protrude.Among them,the productivity of journal papers has been greatly improved during the construction of computer disciplines with relatively good productivity of scientific research papers,and the proportion of international cooperation has increased significantly during the construction of computer disciplines with relatively moderate quality of scientific research papers,and the proportion of fund-funded papers has increased compared with other construction disciplines is higher.On this basis,it is suggested that in the subsequent construction of "world-class disciplines",the balanced development of conference papers and journal papers should be ensured as much as possible,the proportion of international cooperation and the quality of domestic cooperation should be improved,and the efficiency of fund use should be optimized. |
